Anyone else excited for this? Ready to get going in the new year?

I got all excited when it was announced but just can't get the site to load. Had anyone else managed to get into it?

Today's wasn't as balance-y as I was expecting (was thinking we'd have to do trees or dancer or something) so I managed it ok. For the nostril breathing I just had a lie down, though, hate doing that!

That was a fairly gentle day again and only one short balance on each leg. I did get a bit bored when she repeated the warrior flow.

I liked today's although I skipped the breathing at the beginning (a lingering cold means it was never going to happen). I wobbled a lot in half moon but it's one of my favourite things to practice so I was happy

I struggled with yesterdays as I was feeling a bit rubbish but I enjoyed today. I did skip the half moons though

I’ve just done a in person yoga class my normal one although I haven’t been since November. Still felt as tough as ever and half moons in that too. Hopefully won’t be too sore tomorrow - we’ll see

Always love day 16 and this was no exception. I had to keep moving ends so I could occasionally glance at her
this series is right up there with Center for me

I liked today but I had to stay on my knees for forearm plank. I’m stronger than I was at the beginning of the series but still quite feeble!

My triceps are showing more definition after near daily planks (caught sight of them in the mirror when I was dressing.)

Still behind after an injury but did days 7 and 8 yesterday, and 9 today so back on the train.
Enjoying reading the thread day-by-day so I know what I'm letting myself in for!

Horizon lunge was a new one on me today. I think o need to go back and practice it because I definitely didn’t get it right

Oddly I was fine with horizon lunge though I don’t think I’ve done it before. What I couldn’t do was grasp my right foot to pull it to my bum, fine on the other side so just shows how uneven I am.

Day 16 done. Finding it ok so far this year. Wasn't sure I got horizon lunge right. Been trying to do an extra wide leg forward fold each day because I couldn't do it all. Still can't but maybe by the end of this month I will be further forward than I was at the start.

I was definitely gallumphing it tonight. Some moves were beyond me. Bit distracted because of some stuff going on in the house. But I dutifully "noticed" that I felt like that.

I liked today's too. Nice and stretchy (I feel like I always need a good quad stretch). My horizon lunge needs a bit of work I think; it feels like some bits of my body are too long or short to do it properly but I'm sure that's not actually the case. It was a nice challenge though and I always like the opportunity to practice something different.

I really enjoyed yesterday's although I don't think I got the horizon lunge. I really notice that the 30 days have me doing things that I don't usually do - I definitely fall into a trap of doing my "failsafe" videos the rest of the year and not pushing myself enough!

I have always had dodgy hips, but this year I've been much more diligent at sticking with my physio exercises and oddly I think that must be what is making the planks slightly easier for me this year!

Still noticing a real improvement in my plantar fascitiis.

I'm glad today's email says that tomorrow will be an easier day - this is the first time I've actually stayed on schedule, but motivation was havering a bit this morning! If tomorrow's easier, I will push on today!

Day 17 done! I wasn’t really in the mood as my thighs (quads?) are sore from the gym but I’m glad I did it. Managing the planks regularly now which is great.

Not too bad today, though one day 1 I really struggled with the frog squat, there was lots of that today and I was fine. Shows how you can see progression even after only two weeks.

I really enjoyed today although I didn't really expect such a core workout - think I'm definitely going to be a bit sore tomorrow including my arms/shoulders. A million miles away from my heading touching the floor in a wide legged forward fold.

Tomorrow's looks to be super short (9 mins) and based on the title, more about breathing etc. I'll do it for the sake of completeness but might tag another random video on to the end as well. There's a flow-y hips and core one I really like although it might depend on how my abs feel tomorrow.

Forgot to check in yesterday. I liked Horizon lunge.

Will hopefully do today's later, though am feeling like I just want to go to bed... so maybe will back to back today and tomorrow in the morning.
