Be kind to yourself. Maybe do a day or two out of order or skip a few - 17 is lovely and gentle with pigeon.

Cut yourself some slack Sooverthemill, you've had a tough time lately and I'm sure you can get back on the wagon. I've managed to get myself back to a daily practice - completed move day before yesterday and restarted yesterday. I did think about doing Home but I like the way with Move it's quite full on from the start so you don't feel you're dropping back when you start a new 30 days programme.

@Sooverthemill my DH the same-absolute sweetie in the day-an oafish duvet hog by night. Separate duvets very helpful!!

I also think you are being hard on yourself-any practice is better than no practice and if you miss a day or two because of life then that's ok too!!

Although I should be giving myself the same advice really!!

My laptop buffered during side plank yesterday-I was on the side facing away so didn't realise but did laugh after I recovered. Jumping around a bit to get a practice in and get the daily habit back-not easy!!!

The sun is out today so everything feels a bit easier...

Thank you everyone. I am my own harshest critic. I did day 14 today ( I think anchor) and it was fab. I dreaded it but of course so much easier once you get on the mat. Even did (modified side plank).. yay to me

Ah @Sooverthemill you've reminded me again why I'm single. Though I often have to kick a cat/dog/child out of the bed so it's me that does the kicking. No excuse for your DH though unless you are in the habit of lying on his head and covering his pillow with fur.

I did day 19 today I think. I was just thinking this
Is getting easy and suddenly I was back looking at her going how, how are you making that look comfy.

But I'm definitely stronger and gradually my natural standing posture when out and about is much better. And I don't feel like I'm forcing it - so if someone previously had said stand up tall and put your shoulders back it was 1. Uncomfortable and 2. I felt like a dick.

Now it's just how I stand. Most of the time anyway.

Could not do side plank - even modified! Fell over.
So I’m impressed you could do it.

I’m going to practise dancer pose today. And imagine I look like her in that shape!

Day 20 done - one of my favourites so far. I've been doing Day 21 quite a bit as err I'm probably a bit sadistic! Don't think I'll do it twice tomorrow though.

I think I did day 19 yesterday . Seem to struggle to keep track now we are all on different days. I also love the twists and really enjoyed this one. Haven't done triangle in a while and that felt really good .
I do feel I am kind of making the right shapes nowadays- though I may be delusional

That means I can look forward to todays @Shannith if it's one of your favourites!

I have asked DH for cork blocks for my Mother's Day treat

I have just done Day 9 after a couple of days break. Felt easy and was over really quickly. I feel my posture is better on days I do yoga and I am stretching my rib cage after years hunched over. Long may it continue.
Do you think you will all repeat Move again in April?

I liked day 19. Felt challenging but not impossible. I think I will always be using blocks as I can't fully extend one arm but that's ok. I'm up for repeating Move in April too. I definitely feel stronger.

Also - maybe I'm out of synch as day 1 was originally on 2nd January. How about in April we start from day 1 on 1st April? Easier to keep track?

@Shannith I was cursing you yesterday when I did day 20 - I found it hard all those mountain climber leg things and a seemingly never ending side plank !
Felt good after though as always

@guinnessguzzler I didn't ever buy the yoga pants recommended on here so maybe I need to add those to the list .

I am also very keen to do this again in April please - I basically feel like I could do move every day for the rest of my life ! Though I am sure I will get bored eventually.

Im happy to start again day 1 on 1 April. That’s what I did in march

Day 20 and that fiendish tricksy sweatshirt was a little misleading. BUT it felt a little easier this 3rd time. Didn’t want to get on the mat but you lot made me!
