Thanks Soover, I think I'll wait until I'm back from my travels and then definitely give TRUE a try when I'm back in a more settled routine. I did the KISS flow tonight which was nice though a bit harder work than I really had the energy for tonight - but I made it through which is, as ever, a good feeling.

Currently lying on my hotel room bed wondering where best to put my yoga mat and whether I'll need to move furniture to have enough room! The spaces that are long enough are too narrow and vice versa...

I managed deep body stretch and only kicked the wardrobe once! Had to do quite a lot of adjusting position to fit in some asanas, which broke the flow a bit. I might have to see if there is a gym or even just a room I can use for tomorrow.

I've been MIA but will be back at it tomorrow. Not sure if I'm going to follow the calendar or just pick some of my favourites, I think it will depend on how I'm feeling. I have missed it though so will be glad to get back into it!

I have had to do very short ones because I'm still feeling rubbish and had early starts. Hoping next week I can pick up again properly

Sorry you're still feeling rough Soover - I'm much better though still have this annoying cough!

Finally home again, managed to keep on with my practice while I was away which was good - quite physically demanding so went for videos with lots of nice floor work and lower back stretches! Today's video of Lower Back Love fitted perfectly into that.

Just done the first day of True - really liked the focus on taking time to really listen to the whole body and feeling how each bit of it needs to shift to really make the most of the pose. Nice to be on another journey. Though I still miss the home music at the start and end!

I've been following kiss. I like the fact that the effort/stress of choosing the days practice is done for me! I've missed a couple of days, when I just haven't had time, but I'm mostly consistent and definitely feeling better for it.

I think that's why I like doing another 30 day journey Mimi - I was looking at the KISS calendar and thinking, oh, I don't feel like that one just now, which then started me thinking about which one I do want to do and I spend longer choosing the right video rather than just going to the next day in the sequence!

On which note, True day 5 now done, one of those nice practices where I manage to stay with the breath more consistently through the practice. Getting slowly better. Hmm, day 6 tomorrow....

OK, so yesterday I wimped out took yogi's choice to do a nice gentle Yoga to Feel Good instead of day 6 of True, as I'd had a tough day. But today I went for the ab burn and I can tell it's going to be a sore couple of days coming up!

How's everyone getting on? I'm up to day 9 of True and enjoying it a lot. I haven't been as sore after day 6 of True as I was after day 6 of Home, either True's session was easier or I'm getting stronger! And I seem to be getting far better at bringing up my back foot from plank to the front of the mat which is encouraging.

Well done@UnaOfStormhold - that's something I'm still struggling with. I've been picking random videos each morning depending on how I feel. Yesterday was a yoga for weight loss love flow, which was fab, and today I did yoga for the hamstrings. Any recommendations for a practice with lots of balancing in? (Standing ones rather than crow)

I liked day 7 of true which has a nice long tree pose in - plus a nice series of sun salutations.

I think the thing that helped with bringing the foot forward was doing the sequence where you bring the knee forward to the elbow, then opposite elbow, then towards the nose - showed me how to keep my knee high and shift my weight forward and up before trying to put the foot down.

Thanks. I'll do that one tomorrow. I did true at the time it was out, though it took me a few months. Having been consistent with Home and more since it's clear that it works better (for me anyway) aiming for daily practice rather than a few times a week. I'm still big and squidgy, but I feel more in control of my body, and my posture is great!

Sorry, this dropped off my 'I'm on' list. I'm still feeling unwell so am doing the shorter 'gentle' sessions so yesterday was 'fill your cup' and I've done day 16 of yoga camp 'enjoy' several times. I'm glad you are enjoying 'true' @UnaOfStormhold, it's definitely my favourite 30 days.

@mimiasovitch I've done a search on her app and found these:
day 23 of true, day 24 of dedicate, yoga for weight loss balance ( long), grounding yoga practice, balancing flow,

I often go for anything that has a photo of her doing tree!

can I join you? I've been doing 30 days (I think it's the 2015 one?) and I love it! I'm on day 14 today, so halfway through. I have had a long standing running injury since October which is virtually 100% pain free now (coincidence maybe?) and I also had mild diastase recti which also seems to have shown improvement- this in just a few minutes for 2 weeks! I have to say I am converted. I had done Adrienne runners yoga before but no others- do you have any recommendations of what to try next?

Also, do you do the 15/20 minutes in isolation or do you tend to do an extension (either your own or another video) after? At first 15 minutes felt like a long time but now I'm getting into it I feel like I want to do more!

I tend to do a 20-40 min video most days, with a longer one once or twice a week. I don't do extra, but I either go to work or walk the dog straight afterwards. If you're enjoying the 30 day programme I'd suggest doing Home next. I really loved it.

Averagebear I have done top up practices occasionally, particularly if there was something I wanted to work on. Though I am a bit more relaxed about it now as I find 20 minutes daily is better than 40 minutes every other day!

I love doing the longer ones but find I don't have the time to do more than 20 minutes or so most days without stressing. But when I get to do 40 or more minutes I'm on a cloud all day
