I couldn't do any yoga today, everyone is still very 'chesty' and unwell and I slept in after a dreadful night. I will catch up!

@UnaOfStormhold I'm not sure I can recommend anything other than searching her channel. The ones labelled weight loss are usually a bit more intense.

I loved day 26 today. Even though my abs are aching from an additional (highly unusual!) abdominal workout.

I keep saying this but I’m delighted with myself for keeping it all up for the full month.

Nearly didn't make it today as I'm going down with a cough and feeling rotten, but having got so close to the end without missing a day I managed to drag myself to the mat and feel a bit better for it afterwards. Not sure about tomorrow but will do my best to at least get onto the mat even if all I do is savasana!

Day 16 for me today.
Why do my family suddenly have to come in the room a million times? That 30 minutes and suddenly I’m in high demand!

Enjoyed that today. I think that was the first gate pose and standing splits during this 30 days and both felt pretty good.

I'm travelling and away from home for the next two days so although I'm full of good intentions, I'm not sure yoga is going to happen. I may end up finishing in a slightly frantic fashion if I have to double up on Thursday and Friday!

Day 27 done, a bit of a sweat for me this morning, then I realised the heat was on and maybe the room was a bit warmed but it was one of those days when I didn't particularly like all the planks and faster pace but felt oh so good afterward.

Had to do a short one again. Bloody virus but I'm definitely Finishing this challenge and will almost certainly start again from the beginning

@Sooverthemill you're further forward than me, so I've got your back as Adriene would say. I'm bringing up the rear, having only done Day 23 and 24 today. Both quite short and enjoyable sessions!

Unfortunately I had a little tumble on my bike on Sat, not badly hurt thank goodness as I was hardly moving Blush. Elbow and knee a bit bruised but much better today after 3 days slathering myself in arnica cream 😃 I was so silly how I fell, it was my own stupid fault, but we live and learn!

Hope everyone is well!!

Hoping to be back on the pace if I can do 2 sessions tomorrow and Thursday, we'll see maybe a bit ambitious, but let's grit our teeth and keep going.

Does anyone have any suggestions with what to do once these 30 days are over? I want to continue to do it maybe longer sessions but not everyday. Just chose different videos from her channel?

Really enjoyed day 27, even if some of the poses were tough for me. Straightening my knee in some of the standing poses was tough. A good one though.

@Keepmewarm it was Fitness Blender 10 minute workout for abs and obliques. 10 x 50 seconds of exercises with ten seconds rest in between. I’m still suffering!

I think I’ll do another of the 30 day sequences afterwards. I only discovered Adriane last year but didn’t really click that well with Dedicate. For those who have done lots of the January programmes, which one is most like Home?

@sycamore54321 I didn't lie, dedicate either! I loved True and Revolution especially and the second one ( can't remember was it 'yoga camp'? I will probably do True after this again.

I'm still a day behind, I'll do two tomorrow so I'm a finish on Friday.

I've definitely enjoyed, glad I've stuck to it. I think I can feel some progression. I could probably benefit from some classes as I'm not sure I'm getting some of the poses right.

I was also going to ask for some recommendations for next month.

Day 28 done and wow that was fast, I must be getting more supple, I'm certainly moaning less. I think Home has brought comfort to an otherwise long boring month. Really looking forward to February and toning up :)
