It's day 23 and there are just 7 days of Dedicate left. Well done yogis for getting onto the mat in your own way and at your own pace. We’re here to support each other as we yoga to the end of Dedicate, through to Feb and beyond.

I made it too. So pleased I did this- it was really enjoyable. I plan to follow the February calendar as well.

Finished here! I wasn't sure if I'd be able to but with a few modifications, it was all good. Coincidentally, I had a scan this morning and saw an 11 week old baby wriggling around - I like to think it was doing its own version of today's practice!

mynameiscalypso Congratulations on your wriggly bean!

Done here too - absolutely loved day 30. I mostly followed Adriene but threw a couple of extra bits in that I love doing and modified when needed too. Will follow that again for sure, I've never done a freeflow video like that before but it was great. I even managed tree and dancer without too many wobbles and normally balances are my nemisis!

I'm currently on the Groundhog programme - doing Day 27 everyday as it's hands free and a good stretch but I'm nervous about trying anything else atm. I'm hoping I can start to do move back to day 23/24? eventually and finish the programme.

I've got 27, 29 and 30 left to do. I'm struggling with motivation this week. I have raging pmt and that always wipes me out. I could do with some of the short waffle sessions from the middle of the programme now!

I’d been thinking of doing the original 30 days again but reckon now I’ll stick with the Feb calendar if most of you are, I’ve found this thread very motivational. I think I will skip the odd day. With my long commute I’ve been prioritising dedicate on Monday and Friday but think I’ll swap Friday yoga for some body combat. But otherwise I’ve felt very good with the daily practice I don’t want to let it slip.

Well done all who have finished. I stalled around day 19 / 20 and I'm really struggling to pick it up again.

I think there were a few that were just too hard for me and I lost motivation.

I'm thinking of starting again on about day 3 after the worst of the waffle and trying to build up more strength. Especially in my shoulders. I will continue to follow the thread for other recommendations too.

eurochick have you tried Adriene's Yoga for women (aka period pain) it's quite short and gentle.

I've still got 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 to go after being knocked out with a foil cold, but I'm pleased I managed to do 2 sessions today.

Day 30 done!! So proud of all of us wherever we are on our 'journeys'! This is the first year of doing it where I've managed to get to the mat every single day and I'm hoping to keep the momentum going. Have some exercise tomorrow after work with friends pre planned so will jump back in with 'care' on Saturday.

I did day 18 today. I quite liked but did warrior 2 and then triangle on one side, then started on the other side and didn't feel well, so I rested in child's pose after that for ages. So I'm all lopsided now! I picked it up again when she started a lizard variation, as I love lizard. But I did take it easy.

Well done to everyone who finished today. It has made me feel like I want to do that next year. And also to everyone who hasn't yet, like me.

Also finished on day 30 this morning. I did True last year but ended up a few days behind, so I'm pleased I managed it in the month. I'm going to follow the February calendar too. Namaste all, well done for making it.

@itssquidstella it's all freestyle! She doesn't say one word throughout! I just kept watching the tv whilst doing the poses so as pp said you get a bit of a sore neck. Would have been a much better session for me if she had talked about what she was doing but hey ho it was still enjoyable.

I made it! Thank you all for this thread, it's made all the difference. This is the first time I've got all the way through a 30 day challenge and I'm delighted. I also feel much stronger than I did on day 1, which is gratifying. I mostly did my own thing today (there were quite a few extended child's poses Smile) and then when I ran out of ideas, looked up at Adriene to see what she was up to. Joined her a couple of times and then carried on doing whatever I felt like doing.

My plan from tomorrow is to follow the February calendar, but I will probably skip days when I do another class, so I'll probably only do about 4 Adriene days a week. But I'm looking forward to it, and to staying on this thread. Namaste!

I've just looked at the February playlist and lots of wrists, hands free and general look after yourself videos which wasn't my original plan but now seems to be spot on. Confused

Well done everyone who's finished. I'm still catching up, I've done Day 28, Power today, but didn't feel up to doing two together, as I'm still getting back my energy!

When I've done, I will probably flit between Adriene and Shiva Rea, with a bit of the Five Parks Yoga thrown in too.

Anybody else got any other yoga recommendations?
