Who's up for a thread to discuss our progress this year? We've had threads following Adriene's 30 days of Yoga for the last few years so sign up now for January.

Based on the last few years I'll warn you now: watch out for day 6!!!!

Just did 13 and might do 14 tonight if it's chilled! I used to be able to get my head and forearms on the floor in the wide legged forward bend. Nowhere near it now Blush

Day 14 done here too. Was ok but as Buzz says a little boring. I needed that though as I ache after the previous few days. Has anyone seen the times for this coming week? Hoping for shorter sessions midweek as I have to do it after bath and kids in bed - long or strenuous sessions are not my friend at that point.

Day 13 done. Hard but I enjoyed it. Definitely one to do again as I get stronger.

Day 14, done. I think I could have done with a restful one after Day 12, but the stretching is great on my back and hips.

Almost crashed while "flying", but interesting. I think the next 15 days will be faster and more active.

haha distance I was def wobbling all over during the "flying" but held it mostly
I liked the practice today and would have liked to have another go flying-looking forward to pushing boundaries.
One of the things I have noticed in my solitary practice is that I am so loud and grunty- I don't think I could ever go back to an actual class Grin

Thought I was doing well in flying pose until I looked in the mirror and compared how much lower my bag leg was compared to hers!

Just managed to squeeze day 15 in today, enjoyed it but didn't manage to fly without falling. Half way through already, can't believe it.

Have fallen off the thread, mainly because I haven't done yoga since day 12 on Sunday.

Had horrible migraine yesterday and only just feeling better now, will try and get on the mat tomorrow.

I’m behind too but just about hanging in there. I did day 9 and 10 this evening. Pretty pleased because this is as far as I got last year. I’m really enjoying it and am content to be a bit behind - that’s life!

Day 15, done. I'm sure she's done the I believe I can fly, quite a few times Smile. The balances were not too bad, but the pyramid variations! My hamstrings are so tight atm, I'm trying to go gently, as I have an old injury that I really don't want to aggravate.
