Who's up for a thread to discuss our progress this year? We've had threads following Adriene's 30 days of Yoga for the last few years so sign up now for January.

Based on the last few years I'll warn you now: watch out for day 6!!!!

I was all on track but have stalled at day 8 thanks to a nasty virus. I was so proud at getting on the mat every day as well.

Just did 10.
My fav and I think the hardest so far -although I was shaking at the end. As I was alone on my dining room except for the cat floor swearing may have occurred as I clung to the pose.
But I did it Halo

A couple of days behind as back to work and exhausted when I get in. Day off today so I did day 9 (liked it) this morning and am aiming to do 10 followed by 8 this evening. Adriene’s email says 10 might be challenging so not entirely sure I’m looking forward to that right now!

Is this a new series? I downloaded 30 days of yoga last year but only got about halfway through before life sort of got in the way... does she do a new one every year?

Anyhoo, I've started the lot I have again - have made it to day three so far Blush. I really struggle to make the time, but I do love Adriene. She's so encouraging!

I've just done day 9 after a Pilates session and I aim to catch up tomorrow or Saturday. I enjoy the wonderful stretched feeling when it's finished!

Missing a day has weakened my motivation a tad, so we'll see.

I've just done day 10 after a long, stressful day at work - I definitely felt more wobbly than usual as a result! My chaturanga is improving already though, which is great. I hope she keeps picking up the pace - people who've done previous series, does it tend to get more difficult/involve a wider variety of poses as it goes on?

I'm a bit behind now - need to do days 9&10, but t am at Circuits tonight. Maybe I can manage day 9 when I get home from that...seeing PT tomorrow, but may be able to slot in day 10 when I wake up (Friday's my day off work, hurrah!).

Day 10 done.

Is anyone else feeling cumulative tiredness in places. I’m feeling it behind my armpits and in my sides. Felt less dynamic in the vinyasas than I normally do in my once a week classes. I guess this is good though as it’s when the strengthening happens. Just wondering how long I can go without a rest day.

Was behind so did a massive Days 8 9 and 10 triple whammy!

My fave so far is still the fast moving repetiveness of Day 7.

I found today's Day 10 really hard. Sometimes when you're holding a pose like 3 legged dog and she prolongs iy by giving you tips I'm screaming inside "OMG hurry up Adriene I cant hold this!!!" Not very om of me!

Day 9 did a number on my thigh muscles this morning and I couldn’t face doing 10 so just caught up with day 8. Not technically behind until it hits midnight! Tomorrow is short (and hopefully sweet) so I’ll try for day 10 as well.

I worked late tonight but found myself really looking forward to hitting the mat when I got home. Day 10 done and dusted. Really enjoyed it.

Later than normal for me but day 10 done, definitely feeling more flexible. I forgot how much a little bit each day can help.

Checking in for Day 10. My breathing was all over the place but I was alright once I got going. The pose at the end (I want to say goddess pose but I think that's slightly different?) was a bit challenging but really enjoyed it.

Just done day 9, I skipped day 8 as I heard it was more relaxingy and I’m doing it in front of the tv with the children!
Found it a bit repetitive but feel good now it’s done.

Hope you are feeling better, mimiasovitch, when you're feeling up to it, I would really recommend her "Yoga for when you're feeling sick" , short and very gentle woth lots of cushions.

Day 10 done, feel so much better than yesterday, much more flexible.

Spudlet she does one every January, yes.
