Who's up for a thread to discuss our progress this year? We've had threads following Adriene's 30 days of Yoga for the last few years so sign up now for January.

Based on the last few years I'll warn you now: watch out for day 6!!!!

Not very impressed with Day 6, I feel more like I'm doing a BodyBalance class than yoga.

Day 6 done. Hard but just about manageable. I prefer the 20 min videos just because they’re easier to slot into daily life, especially when at work midweek as I don’t start them until about 8pm and I still like some r&r in the evening once I’m done.

Just completed day 6. Quite enjoyed the change to be honest. Really like the fact every day is so different. I have such a low boredom threshold this works for me!

Day 6 done. I always find my neck hurts so much in the 'crunch' positions but otherwise I liked today's. Energising!

Anyone know what Day 7 has in store?

Well it’s called ‘salud’ which I believe means ‘good health’ so I’m thinking maybe something more meditation-like?

Day 6 done here too. Different. Enjoyed the change and did better than I thought.

However. Did day 6, 2 hours ago and im wide awake now! Better as a morning session I thought. Was hoping for an early night!!!

@ClickHip I was the same, did day 6 too close to bedtime and had an awful night's sleep.

Day 6 done. I did not enjoy it. It is the first day I haven't been able to do the movements.

Day 6 done, I have a busy day, so wanted to get it done before getting dd2 up and ready for school. Good, but tough. Very shaky boat and crunches, but will be good to see the progress.

I'm getting behind! Because I've had a really bad cough and strained some muscles in my back through coughing. So I have rested it over the weekend.

I enjoyed the challenge of day 6, was glad it was on 21 minutes, but am thinking about repeating it before moving on as I kept having to look at the screen and was a bit wobbly on a few poses!

Day 7 done. My balance in tree pose is way off but I enjoyed it much more than yesterday. That was hard!

Day 7 done, I like the quicker pace of this. I am pleased as not that long ago so many repetitions would have made me dizzy. Balance is my main thing to work on this year.

I’ve missed day 5 and 6...do you think I should do these first or just skip and do day 7?

I would do 5+6, they are slightly shorter.

Not sure whether to do Day 7 or have a day off. I did bootcamp this morning so pretty tired. But I know I’ll be so sore tomorrow it might be better to get Day 7 over with....
any advice?
