@tryingcouchto5K mine went in on the 3rd. They told me I missed both payment runs. That was a lie then !!!! seeing as you invoice was paid a week later. Rotten people in that office. So angry right now 😡how dare they play games with people where their owed pay is concerned. Picking and choosing who to pay and when.

Like @Moldol7 I'm throwing in the towel too. Had enough of my days and pay being controlled by a bunch of couldn't care less DICT8 staff members who clearly think they are a cut above everyone else. Well here's a point - no mugs typing for you - no office jobs. 😡

@Pinksvilles - I really feel for you. When my cheque got lost in the post and I had to wait 11 or so days to check that it didn't turn up, they issued a replacement one. If someone has made a mistake they ought to own up, but I expect all too frightened of she who must not be named. I would suggest applying to work for the Irish company but there is so little work there these days, it's a real struggle. They have had a change in management, and it shows, people are no longer happy there either.

Do they give references? I’d want to change jobs but I’ve been with them for 20 years.

@fedup2701 - when I asked for one to work for Accuro a few years ago now, she who should not be named said no as they don't do references, and that the only thing they can do is confirm when you started working and to your current status with them but wouldn't comment on standard of work etc, just confirm you work for them but I suppose that should be good enough as if you have worked for them all them years surely that's a reference in itself, good luck

How is everyone finding the workload atm. For the specialties I type it is dire......can sit here most of the day for one or two letters.

workload has been dwindling for a while. Plus, I am finding the feedback increasingly pedantic and contradictory . For instance they quote what I put and then type what it should have been which is identical. Also mentioned that when putting time, it is correct to use numbers, e.g. see in 6 months' time (not six months' time) which I started to do. Now feedback is use words, eg, see in six months' time, not 6 months' time.

The norm had always been to use words up until 10 unless it's describing a unit of measure etc then it's always figs.

I was always instructed by DICT8 to use letters up to 10 so that's what I always did.

Has anyone every 'lost' the task list? Since the new look screen, I have to use touch screen to find the left hand banner, now the tasks have disappeared. Didn't appear with pressing F5. Any ideas?

Also, although the left hand options are there, personal history etc, nothing happens when you click on them. I have tried F5 and Ctr R. On the tablet, everything is fine. arghh

Useless since new version. Mostly have to log out and back in. Quantity of work diminished. Is it voice recognition taking over?

Is there a new screen, mine hasnt changed. I have noted it is very jumpy when you move the cursor around. Can you do screen shot?

I had the same situation yesterday - five tasks which just sat there for hours. Eventually I listened to one, the volume was fine until RE - then the Dr moved across the room and carried on dictating, couldn't hear a word! Reported the job number, they listened to it and agreed it couldn't be typed. Told me to say so in the notes box and it would be returned. Don't know what happened to the other 4!

Ditto...I dont recall seeing where it says it has to be in at a certain time on the 1st of the month.. do you ? If so please let me know...they're taking the michael..a f.....k..g laugh
