The weather is yukky again, chilly and cloudy when I really want some sun, so was grateful when the VR on Tpro made me smile - " We would be grateful if you could give us your expert teeth"! (I amended it to "expertise" but I somehow prefer the original version).

Yep, that's exactly what happened to me this morning. Full of praise two days ago, and nothing but complaints today

Good morning all. I am new to this group, but have worked for dict8 for approx 14 years. I can relate to everyone's comments about poor pay, even worse quality of dictation, and everything else in between. I have tried looking at T-pro and am wondering how to find the page to apply. Many thanks

@Deniserew You're lucky to be getting any work on Dict8 - my specialities have been empty nearly all morning - which seems to be getting the norm and I have four. Just put T-pro in on google and it comes up 😊

I've just looked at applying to tpro a they want a minimum of 400 tasks per month. Whilst I'm more than capable of doing that, family life sometimes dictates that I cannot. Are they strict on that ? Thanks

@Deniserew they weren't strict on it when I worked for them. I typed dictations from scratch, but now I think it's more proof-reading/correcting VR so a lot quicker (in some cases). 400 sounds a lot, but really a lot of them are only two or three lines so it's easy to get them done.

Quiet on my Speciality too today but I'm assuming Monday Doctor's strike as been same for a few Mondays now

Lots of work today (not been below 40) but the 5 on list are ethnics, not worth the hassle - tasks numbers would go down if had decent dictations to choose from🙄

@Deniserew I think you’ll find its 400,000 characters/month not tasks for Tpro. That is doable about a fortnights work. That way they are allowing for a 2 week holiday if you have one. I’m on 500,000 characters and at the moment reach 1000000000……whatever that magic number is to get the bonus each month if I work every week.

@cathyk2002 my list is the same !! diabolical dictation, I sit there listening in disbelief wondering how they get away with it

Still waiting for my cheque, which I put in on Tuesday 29/08. Chq sent Tuesday 05/09 - still not received. P*ed off!

Yep, lists would move quicker if clearer dictation although I have done a few very short ones that were not too bad but ......still !!!!

Probably be here til midnight waiting for decent dictations to appear 🙄

Put mine in on Thursday 31st and cheque just plopped on the mat an hour ago. 7 bloody days!!! 🤬🤬

Think all doing my speciality lost the will to live yesterday as ended with 37 job on list last night at tea time and was still the same this morning !!!! Had e-mail re: large amount of work waiting and now at 56 jobs 🙄🙄
