Who was the offensive tweet about? Amazing powers you must have to cause others to tweet on your behalf. Was it supposed to be through mind control?

The original thread has been on my watchlist since time immemorial, and I am agog that they still haven't admitted that they fouled up big time and have made such a shambles of it all.

but they are always the most likely to do this? And for someone to not know the difference between Twitter and LinkedIn - which I can't imagine happening in private?
(never worked for public sector but my father and sister did).

I can't take them to ET unless I either resign and claim constructive dismissal, or I can show they have discriminated against me. I haven't ruled out the first one but pension is important. I will wait on the outcome of this complaint.

Calling someone incompetent. Reading the statements, none of the people involved have agreed whether I posted the tweet or got someone to do it or someone I know might have done it. The final letter vaguely said I was associated with whoever posted it.

Been on with various name changes but it is a ridiculously long time to string out something that had no merit literally from day 1. I completely understand @Bearyhumcrack why you are now pursuing it to the bitter end as otherwise what have the last 2 years been for? 100% rooting for you.

My god, OP. What a saga. And all for the sake of a possible tweet which for all you know was faked by your old line manager given there's no real evidence it ever existed. How on earth they could have thought it was appropriate to give you a written warning when none of them could even articulate what it was you had supposedly done is just astounding.
Just hoping this is over soon.
