but they are always the most likely to do this? And for someone to not know the difference between Twitter and LinkedIn - which I can't imagine happening in private?
(never worked for public sector but my father and sister did).

I can't take them to ET unless I either resign and claim constructive dismissal, or I can show they have discriminated against me. I haven't ruled out the first one but pension is important. I will wait on the outcome of this complaint.
