To be clear, there are three complaints in the system, all being decided by different people.
- The conduct of this debacle.
2. The general bullying from him & his staff.
3. Discrimination on the grounds of sex.
His responses are angrier and angrier and tbh, now I feel I've moved on, if I can get him to feel uncomfortable for 24 hours, or even reflect on his arrogance for 5 min, I feel I've achieved something. Of course... that's not all I want but I'm aware there is systemic, organisational sexism (that has been recognised in parliament) so I may not come off on top.
18 months ago, opening this thread would have made me anxious, I'm so much over that now. Am also assisting a number of my colleagues in formally challenging this sort of behaviour as well. Bring it.

I agree that's the intention. But in fact, OP has grown in stature on every marker since this shitshow began. So glad you are helping others @Bearyhumcrack, you're an inspiraiton.
