Hello all. Nowt interesting to update I'm afraid. Just waiting to hear back from the decision makers.

I have also followed your thread since the start. I hope you have a just resolution soon.

Just caught up with this. Admirable conduct throughout, OP. I take my hat off to you!

To be clear, there are three complaints in the system, all being decided by different people.

1. The conduct of this debacle.
2. The general bullying from him & his staff.
3. Discrimination on the grounds of sex.

His responses are angrier and angrier and tbh, now I feel I've moved on, if I can get him to feel uncomfortable for 24 hours, or even reflect on his arrogance for 5 min, I feel I've achieved something. Of course... that's not all I want but I'm aware there is systemic, organisational sexism (that has been recognised in parliament) so I may not come off on top.

18 months ago, opening this thread would have made me anxious, I'm so much over that now. Am also assisting a number of my colleagues in formally challenging this sort of behaviour as well. Bring it.

I'm sure your complaints have really got under his skin and he is worried that he isn't going to get away with it. Regardless of the outcome be assured his angry responses mean he is shutting his pants over it all.

No other news I'm afraid. We are almost a full two years on!

I'm sure his complaint will be dealt with in the same timely manner and we can expect a swift resolution some time in 2025-26 🙄
