Thank you so much everyone. The compensation is low and the letter talks very much about LM’s passive shiteness “overlooked” “misinterpreted”, that sort of thing when he was actually malicious and belligerent.

However, as pp said, I no longer work there. I have moved on and away and I don’t know if I have the energy to challenge/appeal it after so long. I will sleep on it over the weekend.

Glad they've admitted he's wrong and you did nothing wrong, shame it took them soooooo long to get to this point.

Your resilience is to be admired Op - really well done for seeing it through. Did they acknowledge how long it has taken? Did they actually apologise or just say grievance upheld?

They apologised for the delay. The rest of it was pretty much keeping that sexist arse happy whilst telling me it’s bullshit. They also apologised for the effect it had on my mental health. I have a case with a solicitor to look at the effect of it as I’m still taking medication for the anxiety that was diagnosed about a week after I first posted!

That's such a good update. Well, not the compensation part (get your solicitor to sort that one!). So glad you have been able to get past it. I admire your tenacity. I think many would have given in a long time ago.

How is he even still working there?!

You deserve a 2 week holiday to some sort of deserted island where you are waited on hand and foot. Congratulations OP.

I know it’s almost 2 years ago (how did that happen? 😅) but I just thought about you @Bearyhumcrack and wondered if there was ever a happy ending to this and you managed to resolve it?
