Tempest v Rural Payments Agency Tribunal Thread 4

Previous thread: https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/womens_rights/5549122-tempest-v-rural-payments-agency-tribunal-thread-3

TT substack: https://tribunaltweets.substack.com/p/tempest-vs-defra-and-rural-payments

Tempest (a TW) is claiming discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation on grounds of gender reassignment. Central to the claim is the existence of the Sex Equality and Equity Network in the Civil Service (SEEN). SEEN has been granted right to intervene. Parts of the original claim against the co-chair of SEEN (Elspeth Duemmer-Wrigley) and another party (Andreas Mueller) were struck out or narrowed. Another claimant, PQ, is no longer part of the case.

I will also note that Elspeth still has a garden in need of seeds and water to support the ability of SEEN to be an intervenor in this case. The claim originated because she said "only women menstruate" and a search with her name and those terms at the usual gardening website should point you to her plot.

my favorite part was her saying the number of full members (so excluding allies) is "special category data" 🙄

(Edited to clarify what full member means)

Edited

Probably would be IF membership was restricted to those with a protected characteristic; however Allies.

They're special all right.

I mean surely the main LGBTQIA civil service crew will have more members. This is an absolute piss take. This thread has more members - can we come and represent Elspeth in court?

I don't have any biscuits. Eyeing up the cork heat mats on the table now. Sad times.

Scottish, maybe? And supposed to have retired last year?

Stuart Douglas Robertson is a recently retired UK Regional Employment Judge who presided primarily in the North East England and North West England regions. We're still waiting for updates. This extended break time has meant I've eaten 4 chocolate digestives instead of 2.

I hold the claimants personally accountable for my lack of willpower and their disorganisation which has opened up more time, and packets of sweet delicious biscuits.

Hand over the packet.

I'll keep them safe for you.

If you soak cork mats in Guinness and honey, they become pumpernickel bread.
Or so it has occurred to me when eating pumpernickel bread😉
Maybe if you hold the Guinness and just spread the mats with honey, they'll do for bikkies?
Hunger, they say, is a great sauce😄

The claimant. Stuff added in the courtroom will be added by clerks.

Naomi produced her own bundle. It will be impeccable.

Thank you, Bundles for the bundles info!

He presided over the initial Darlington nurses case, apparently.

Judge Robertson said: “If the Trust does not now comply, it does so at its peril…no corners should be cut in preparing for this case.”.

He's encountered incompetence before, it seems.

You've probably got time to go to the shop, buy your flour, sugar, butter and chocolate, come home, add your wet stuff to your dry stuff, mix until homogenous, preheat the oven to 180°, dance a little jig, put your cookie shaped dough in the oven, take your freshly baked cookies out of the oven, let them cool, read the entire works of Terry Pratchett, and repaint the Sistine Chapel before they've found the bundle.

Judges can be reemployed on a day rate after formal retirement, at the Lord Chacellor's discretion. If he shows more signs of bias I shall write to the Lord Chancellor suggesting that discretion not be exercised in future. Of course according to ST I must have masses of friends in high places......

Why must all members of agender be any kind of feminist? I assume quite a few are blokes and I class them as allies if they are feminists.

I posted this on the last thread, but while we're waiting, just listening to the intro explains a lot about what's going on the Intersex, trans link and the money grift.

@BettyBooper - I am here for all the bundle queries.

I am full to the brim of idiotic nonsense and gender ideological pandering. Do not judge me Judge.

I have cost thousands of pounds and yet I cannot be located.

I am complete yet supplemented. Is a supplemental bundle still a bundle? What makes a bundle? Is it more than a collection of papers.

Swyer's Syndrome:

Key Details

The Cause: It is usually caused by a mutation or deletion in the SRY gene (the sex-determining region of the Y chromosome). Because this gene fails to activate during early development, a person with XY chromosomes develops as a female.

Symptoms: Individuals have a vagina, uterus, and fallopian tubes. However, instead of ovaries, they have functionless scar tissue known as "streak gonads". Because they lack functional ovaries, they will not undergo puberty naturally.

Diagnosis: It is most commonly diagnosed in the teen years when a girl fails to menstruate (primary amenorrhea) or develop secondary sex characteristics.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Affected individuals require estrogen and progesterone therapy to induce puberty, maintain bone density, and promote typical breast and uterine development

Fertility: While pregnancy is not possible naturally because there are no functional ovaries, individuals can often carry a pregnancy using assisted reproductive technology, such as an egg donation and in-vitro fertilization (IVF).

WomanInnaWoods · Today 11:57

@Hedgehogforshort this is a denial and grave insult to your identity of having more than zero teacakes and you should sue

Sounds like a GCSE math's question.

If Hedgehog has 3 tunnocks teacakes weighing 24g and X time has passed, what is the median speed per gram of which each teacake was eaten.

Ooh ooh ooh.

Are you down the back of the filing cabinet at my doctors? (That's literally where one of my medical documents was found)

Or you could eat the cork mats, go to Portugal, plant some Quercus suber trees, let them grow for 25 years, harvest the cork, but the first harvesting will be of poor quality so you'll have to wait another 9 years for a decent harvest, at which point you can make cork mats to replace the ones you ate in the absence of biscuits -
no, no need, they're coming back in....
