Tempest (a TW) is claiming discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation on grounds of gender reassignment. Central to the claim is the existence of the Sex Equality and Equity Network in the Civil Service (SEEN). SEEN has been granted right to intervene. Parts of the original claim against the co-chair of SEEN (Elspeth Duemmer-Wrigley) and another party (Andreas Mueller) were struck out or narrowed. Another claimant, PQ, is no longer part of the case.

I will also note that Elspeth still has a garden in need of seeds and water to support the ability of SEEN to be an intervenor in this case. The claim originated because she said "only women menstruate" and a search with her name and those terms at the usual gardening website should point you to her plot.

Emma Dunn is a dunce - I don't know how many members we have, most of them are friends of members, one might be the ally of a friend of a member .... but lets agree out of the entire civil service of 442,770 it is in the hundreds. Lets be kind and assume 500.

Equation: (\frac{500}{442,770} \times 100)
Result: ≈ 0.112925...%

So 0.1% of the Civil Service are members of a:gender and they seek to silence nearly half a million people from saying facts or expressing a legal opinion.

Yes, she's totally used to relying on her being part of the special crowd whose every word is righteous and true. That may have worked a few years ago when this claim was first proposed, but it has worn incredibly thin now.
