Tempest (a TW) is claiming discrimination, harassment and/or victimisation on grounds of gender reassignment. Central to the claim is the existence of the Sex Equality and Equity Network in the Civil Service (SEEN). SEEN has been granted right to intervene. Parts of the original claim against the co-chair of SEEN (Elspeth Duemmer-Wrigley) and another party (Andreas Mueller) were struck out or narrowed. Another claimant, PQ, is no longer part of the case.

I will also note that Elspeth still has a garden in need of seeds and water to support the ability of SEEN to be an intervenor in this case. The claim originated because she said "only women menstruate" and a search with her name and those terms at the usual gardening website should point you to her plot.

Be fair, she was offering free handholds to people as well.

I was elected as Chair of a:gender in 2019. I have since been re-elected a further three times. Most recently, I stood on a joint ticket with a former vice chair and we were elected as Co-Chairs. The reason for the shift to the co-chair arrangement is the impact of recent events on my health, which I address in more detail later in my statement.

Translation: My grift was good, it was strong. I had 5 good years sitting in London taking my hormones supporting vulnerable women like Stocky SaMANTHA. But that bloody Maya whatever ruined it. She must have been brain controlled by the non existent SEEN network to run a case to allow them to exist.

When they existed things got hard. I had to be the Stasi but also hunt facists and prevent genocide. SaMANtha almost ceased to exist but I kept clapping. We had to use logic and facts and they kept using science against us. It was stressful so I went back to drawing maps at the Land Registry. AI will soon take my job. AI is intersex too. And it doesn't need hormones so its cheaper to run.

I have some sympathy with women who have DSD's and can recognise why they might have desire to resist the idea of sex being binary and the value of single sex spaces in that context but a developmental disorder does not prove that sex is not binary, it proves there can be genetic disorders. If she had phrased it more reasonably ie because of my disorder, I sometimes find the idea of sex being binary upsetting because it seems to, on the surface, exclude the idea of the possibility of that being disordered she could have had an interesting discussion with SEEN.

They are genocidal facists. I doubt they are even cows. I mean they might be part of a facist genocidal herd. Hard to tell.

ED: Why do they need defending? Nobody is saying - we're saying, does it matter and if so how much. This is not the conversation that needs to happen

I am reminded of de Beauvoir for no reason at all whatsoever.

ED just cannot accept/won't accept the validity of any position outside of her own. People can explain their 'lived experience' in order to explain, but she'll never accept that either. She's wedded to an ideological article of faith that is totalitarian in its nature.

Bear in mind the Land Registry didn’t have a SEEN group. This horrible person had a network of spies in Defra stalking SEEN members and reporting to her.

I'm starting to understand the twisted logic of the overused 'genocide' by activists. We can see from ST and ED, and countless others not involved here, that their worldview, their activism, their skewed views of how they see themselves, are ALL THEY HAVE.

No wonder if people question them, they see it as genocide. They can't afford to lose it, because they have nothing else. I'm absolutely astonished that any one of them manages to keep a job, that they are not all, every single one of them, living on the streets.

And yet how many of these ETs have heard arguments from the employers that no staff network raised issues about SSS….ignoring the fact that none had a women’s network.

7. I was working full-time as chair of a:gender until civil service policy changed such that full-time DEI roles were eliminated. I am now officially allocated 10% of my working time for network activity, and perform work specifically for the Land Registry for the remainder of my role.

They stopped the hose pipe of cash. Those taxpayers and Trump got wind of the waste. I mean I was being paid a full salary to represent less than 0.1% of the workforce. And we didn't do much except send death squads to eradicate sex realists - and even that way against the law.

Thank heavens someone eradicated this nonsense

It is revealed that ED's network conducted a survey after the FWS judgement that she, first of all ,denied knowing anything about. She's a transparently 😅 poor witness who gives herself away at every turn.
