For instance, the teams include 'The Tunnel', and 'The Hanseatic League' and it is organised by gerbils😀

I hadn’t thought of trying a mojito foot bath for my poor swollen feet, @MarieDeGournay - it sounds nicer than doing my leg and calf exercises.

I have ordered a revitive medic device - if Clare Balding says it’s good, it must be.

I don’t always remember, so here’s a note to anyone else with a dedicated Bluestocking name to use it in their first post.

The gerbils get very excited by results more than actual matches. England is playing in both World Cups, but the gerbils don’t really understand “countries” as a concept, hence the inclusion of Tunnel, the Hanseatic League and Atlantis.

Hooray for ice-cold mojitos! Pleasantly 80F today but we are expecting temps in the high 90s later in the week.

Yes thanks for the new thread Marie. I checked behind the BS after the gorillas had taken the last load and found some exhausted gerbils. They've got completely overexcited and seem, as far as I can tell, to be having fever dreams about underwater tunnels full of very rare seeds. I made them a nest of offcuts under the sink and left them to sleep off the excitement.
