I do not approve of any organisation castrating boys, whether the Catholic church trying to preserve beautiful voices, the Ottomans or the Chinese wanting bureaucrats who would not be tempted to put their children's interests over their employers', or the genderists and transhumanists wanting to negate the value of the human body and the family. Even if the boys want to preserve their high voices, or gain managerial careers, or just to play along.

Puberty is a human right, letting people have one (even if they're scared of it) is an obligation. It is not just the body that is stunted if puberty is denied.

Well, I'm confused. If gender isn't real then we are exactly the same as men apart from our bodies. So why can't a 5'4 size 6 trans woman that went through female puberty use the toilet ?
