Watch in real time as Trans Reddit turns on one of it's own for suggesting that maybe they are biological men and arguing they are not makes them look unstable.

That's one way to put it!! I thought it was rather depressing that so many of them are dead cert that they've actually changed sex. But thanks @SingleSexSpacesInSchools for "enlightening" us. 😅

PrettyDamnCosmic · 01/05/2026 15:15

The only transperson agreeing that they retain their natal sex is a trans identifying female who of course is massively downvoted for her post.

I mean… I’m a trans man but I am female. It’s not bootlicking for me to say so about myself. My gender is what changed, my sex hasn’t. My sex is irrelevant in terms of my gender, and only matters in medical scenarios rather than day to day life. My hormones change the outside, but don’t change me on a cellular level.

BusyAzureTraybake · 01/05/2026 15:15

If you've changed your primary and secondary sex characteristics, you have changed your actual biological sex.

I sometimes wonder if they really appreciate the difference between primary and secondary sex characterisitics.

FeralWoman · 01/05/2026 15:17

I feel dumber for reading any of that thread. They don’t understand science at all so they?

I can't decide if it's that they don't understand the science or that they don't want to understand the science. Probably a mix of both.

I reckon it is, as you say, a mix of both.

this post has 24 downvotes and is so downvoted it is hidden - this is the echo chamber in action and it's awful the things said to the poor woman.

Looks like I spoke too soon:

We already know it’s possible for other species to produce both types of gamete at different stages of their life. It’s only a matter of time before this will be medically possible in humans.
🙄

WallaceinAnderland · 01/05/2026 15:42

Our gender identity is also a significant and core part of us as biological beings, it appears innate

So people cannot be gender fluid? Eddie Izzard is not trans?

WallaceinAnderland · 01/05/2026 15:43

our language for describing complex biology and our identity is limited to a centuries-old culturally-created binary

If there's no binary, how can you be non binary?

I sometimes wonder if they realize they have not changed their primary sex characteristics. Sure they can cut off their male genitals, but a woman is not merely a dickless man. They don't have womb, they don't have ovaries, they don't have a cervix, and calling that hole carved between their legs a vagina does not make it one.

  1. Humans are not clown fish or whatever other non-mammalian creature changes sex; and
  2. Clown fish etc do not require medical intervention to do this.
OpheliaWitchoftheWoods · 01/05/2026 15:51

What do female hormones do in a male body? Er, produce some chemically forced cosmetic changes largely, that will go away the moment the chemicals stop. But you cannot argue with the delusion.

I spent time in a waiting room this morning with a gentleman, over six foot in height, dressed as a schoolgirl. No one at all had any doubt of either his sex or his challenges.

WallaceinAnderland · 01/05/2026 15:51

If you've changed your primary and secondary sex characteristics, you have changed your actual biological sex.

Male Primary Features: Penis, scrotum, and testes.
Female Primary Features: Vagina, uterus, ovaries, and cervix.

So if you haven't changed them, you haven't changed your sex?

DialSquare · 01/05/2026 15:51

Helleofabore · 01/05/2026 15:36

I reckon it is, as you say, a mix of both.

And a massive dose of wishful thinking.

I’m reminded of the old adage that if their bones are dug up in the future, they will be correctly sexed, no matter what they do to their bodies.

"a centuries-old culturally-created binary"

They're weird.

Do they believe the concept of male & female did not exist before the Middle Ages or something? If so, how do they think the human race came to exist? Where do they think babies come from?

OpheliaWitchoftheWoods · 01/05/2026 15:54

If there's no sex, how can anyone be trans?

I know, that would unleash a torrent of more confused nonsense and agitation. I can't be bothered any more. Just no men in women's spaces. The End.

PeaceWhite · 01/05/2026 15:55

Wow that thread is a thing of beauty 😂

Lovelyview · 01/05/2026 15:56

God, they're deluded. Very depressing.

ArabellaScott · 01/05/2026 16:01

Crikey. They really are that deluded.

ElenOfTheWays · 01/05/2026 16:01

So in summation:
Sex is a "mosaic of characteristics"
And "Chromosomes can be altered"

WOW!
I mean I knew they were delusional but this ^ unbelievable

ArabellaScott · 01/05/2026 16:03

Bear in mind many of these are young people raised in a culture that had briefly agreed with them. It's sad really.

moomooitus · 01/05/2026 16:03

Well haven't they been drinking deeply from the Kool-Aid.
