Gosh I'd best call the tabloids and see which will pay most for my 'I'm a man who gave birth' story. Hopefully enough to pay for new car 🤞

Have you not got enough to pay for a new car already from all the cash supplied by the American far right and JKR? I'd have thought you'd be driving a Rolls by now, or at least a Merc. I am.

SirChenjins · 06/05/2026 16:25

My goodness - are we back to size being a benchmark for how much of a woman we are? I'm a 12 and have size 5 feet, but only five feet 1 inch tall. Does that make me more or less of a woman than @onepostwonder ?

The whole thing is just so confusing

I've not seen a single penny from them. My name is quite near the end of the alphabet, perhaps I got missed of the end of the list?

I'm 5'10" with size 5.5 feet and have been every size from 8 to 18 in the last 30 years. Does that make me male? Gender fluid? Male with lady feet?

Oh, it's yourself @onepostwonder Always a pleasure to see your male entitlement leap out from the page - it serves as a reminder to all that this is in every single word and action of TW.

Are great you are back with us. If you could answer the very simple question of what makes you woman if not biology please? You reject the adult human female definition of a woman so please share what a woman is that includes most adult female people and some adult male people. What is the common factor that you and I share that means we should be in the same circle of a Venn diagram?

My body developed into its adult form through a primarily oestrogenic puberty. I never developed male secondary sex characteristics. I've been encultured with women, since transition. There is no moment in time since transition that I can think of that I found myself placed with men or included within a category of man. This includes medical protocols and treatment by physicians who knew my history.

Hmmm, not sure.....the size of men needs to be taken into account as well. My good male friend is 5' 4"! And he's lovely! And he just wants to live his life! Can he pee in the women's loos too?

Well, it's a constellation of things, you see, as ButterflyHatched once so kindly explained... but none of them includes a person's actual sex apparently. It can basically be boiled down to 'me, me, me.'

ETA- it turns out that @Wearenotborg read it the same is I did.

Who the hell knows! I guess the only way to make sure is to check if our hair ribbons are pink or blue?

"Male with lady feet" 😂😂😂

PeaceWhite · 06/05/2026 16:32

I can't think of much difference between my husband and myself apart from our sexed bodies. We do much the same things day to day. Dress fairly similarly, can both work the telly, neither of us wear make up. We both go to work... We are both nice to children. Is going into women's spaces the only thing that validates a TIM?

onepostwonder · 06/05/2026 16:33

GreyskySexRealistsky · 06/05/2026 16:14

I don't think that's necessarily the case - size 6 is a UK clothes size too. OPW is small and thin don't forget, it's what makes a woman a woman (apparently)

And here we are all returning to my statement suddenly becoming a grand declaration of everything that defines woman.

Is this a sex realist thing? Or just a mumsnet thing?

But of course he can! All he needs to do is click his heels together 3 times and say 'I'm a woman...I'm a woman...' and lo, it shall be so.

It is very relevant that someone who has been presenting as UK-based suddenly outs himself as wearing US-sized clothing.

It shatters any semblance of reality the tale has had.

I live in the UK. I have been staying in the US and CA with my mother to help following my father's death. As I've had to state numerous times recently.

I will out myself as having clothing from all over the world, if that helps too.

So you have said. It's shameful. One not-fully-developed young man's mental health issue prioritised over all women's and girls' interests. And attendant damage to the development of your body and brain (given your lack of ability to understand anyone else's concerns).

I'm sorry that was done to you.

Lived experience surely has to be in there with the radicchio - along with innate sense and feeling, and a crouton of hatred.

That isn't a definition of woman that is your reason for thinking you should be an exception to the rule. I'm after a dictionary worthy definition that explains what a woman is if it isn't sex that defines the category what does?

The man who assaulted my colleague in the loos all those years ago was shorter than that, and 'wiry'. It still took two women to get the little siht out of the room thanks to male upper body strength.

None of this makes you a woman. You are male and you are therefore not a woman.

You keep forgetting that you also went through at least a partial testosterone puberty. You never went through the puberty of a female. You went through a male puberty that was partially testosterone driven and then estrogen driven. But it was always a male puberty just using exogenous estrogen as well as your naturally produced testosterone.

That you passively allowed others to place you with female people also doesn't mean you are in any way a 'woman'. That is where you have ignored the situations where female people may not have consented to being with you in these situations. But, you failed to show any respect for those female people and continued to passively allow others to miscategorise you as being female because it suited your individual wishes.

And in medical situations, if the staff knew, then you were being treated for who you were - a male who had chosen to undergo extreme body modification and to take hormones in quantities that would normally be found in female body. While they might have used female language for you and some of them will observe your request to be treated as if you were female, they will not have been 'treating you as if you were female'.

Your statement is not one outlining a female experience. It does highlight though your lack of respect for female people.

You need to ask Oxford about that, then. I'm not in the definition business.

Got it.

So what's the definition of a sex realist? 🤔
