This podcast appeared in my feed today via an affiliated show… I know it is naive but it’s still hard to believe how blinkered - and unbearably smug the US liberal wing is on this. This is rubbish ( from the ‘Center for Investigative Reporting’, which I now wouldn’t trust to tell me if it was raining), but still enlightening… wondered if anyone else had heard it.

Yup. We only have two hands. It's absolutely impossible to both get the suit on and hold a towel around you. Even if the towel is fastened, you need to remove it to get the suit physically on you.

(The line of argument I'm seeing on this thread is lower quality than the usual "fake moon landing" stuff. The guff about shadows or flags requires similar levels of ignorance or falsehoods, but at least if true they'd be undermining something fundamental - "this wasn't really on the moon". i think it’s abhorrent that they have gone through this much effort to discredit her without having the stones to look at the issue at the heart of it. They are smug and jokey - even sneer at having to have read Gaines’s book or admit she has a podcast ‘like them’, when you’d think that was central to their brief.

It sounds to me like you are doing similar to DARVOing and victim-blaming. Instead of just accepting I did it because the handle is quite distinctive and his attitudes were so chauvinistic and alpha male I wanted to clarify to myself their sex.
