Just to add the text of Sara's X post

I genuinely don’t know what I can and can’t say right now, but my legal team? Absolute Final Boss GOATs.

Posted late last night yesterday - so after the end of the session yesterday with plenty of time for Sara to have discussed the new information with her team.

Suggests that there is more to come?

Might be, but could just mean that she'd love to join in/continue the speculation re DB but feels (I guess quite rightly!) that she shouldn't while the case continues.

SlackJawedDisbeliefXY · 15/11/2025 12:23

Maybe I am reading too much into this but in the comments under Sara's X post - there is an exchange

Say nowt and take your mind elsewhere for now, as you can. Wots your favourite French film?

Which seems an oddly precise question. Sara responds

Caché!

Which is a French thriller - the title translates as Hidden

(Now, where did I put that tin foil hat?)

@Largofesse the handwritten note on Friday said this

"NC [Naomi Cunningham] means TWAW means RCC has men women's spaces
D [Michele Devlin] yes
Prof Sarah [sic] Boyd to J "can we rise for a second I have a concern"
STAND
SIT 11.20
J list of issues, length of case... taxpayers money"

NoBinturongsHereMate · 15/11/2025 12:48

It is noticeable to me that she has shown much less respect for Judge Sturgeon than Judge Kemp as although she argued robustly with Kemp at times she always flavoured her arguments with terms and phrases affording him the respect of his position. It stood out to me that she wasn’t doing this with Sturgeon. That might be due to how NW summarises v TTs but I don’t think so because it was consistent across most of the encounters in different ways.

It's not a difference in NW's transcripts, but I don't think you can read lack of respect for the judge into it. It seems to just be the way this particular court operates - none of them are using the 'legal floweriness' you hear in some other cases, particuarly the higher courts. If someone has something to say they just say it. No 'your honor' or 'my learned friend' fluff around it.

That confirms it is the part I thought it was. And it wasn't as precipitous on DB's part as the note suggests - SD had already interrupted and created a pause in the flow of the cross.

IWillDoTheFandango · 15/11/2025 13:01

What does RCC mean in the note?

Its the record of the awards that is not so straightforward if you have limited information. Eg you dont know the awarding body/institution.

Doesn’t matter where - all UK PhD theses are held (now digitally) by the British library so can be freely accessed on their database.

Can you link?

Kucinghitam · 15/11/2025 13:08

I can only speak for my area of academia but nobody who has made it to Professor would have no online profile describing expertise, body of works, publications etc. And obviously what University, what they are a chair of.

As a more general aside, is it ok that you can put whatever you like as your name in an entry on Companies House, with no proof?

Doesn't it need to cross reference with HMRC docs?

Otherwise couldn't you be a tradey called Dave Smith or Mick Jones as many times as you like?

Edited

That used to be the case, but from next week you will need to have officially verified your identity to use the Companies House website. I happen to know because someone I know has had to do this.

Keeptoiletssafe · 15/11/2025 13:15

Professor (second definition):
a person who affirms a faith in or allegiance to something.

Since no one has ever researched my specialist subject or written more about it than me, or bored more people about it and I really, really believe in them in single sex toilets…..

I am declaring myself an honourable Professor (of The Toilet Door Gap).

NebulousSupportPostcard · 15/11/2025 13:16

Companies House is rammed with shady characters with name/spelling changes to hide previous wrongs. Often in high places and in commercial roles aligned to public sector contracts.

Probably very few high level scammers get caught out but when they are caught out they deserve every bit of relevant online infamy that they accrue.

WomanInnaWoods · 15/11/2025 13:17

@Keeptoiletssafe and rightly so! 😍

I think you deserve that professorship!

(Also I take it it was you providing excellent info via legal feminist? Brava!)

Isn't waste management usually a euphemism? (Sopranos)

Im in refuse disposal. I dispose of those who refuse...

contemporaneousnote · 15/11/2025 13:21

I note that her husband/ ex has different directorships registered at the same address but assigning him two different DOBs, which is weird.

Justnot · 15/11/2025 13:23

Professor Keeptoiletssafe can you post a link to your document that explains all the problems with toilets and how they should be ( I know it’s all been posted before so sorry to ask). I was talking to a journo friend the other day who was unaware of the arguments and I explained there was a legend on Mumsnet who had done all the work and would I like to send it to her

BettyBooper · 15/11/2025 13:27

Given that Our Debs has now recused herself, would NC be allowed to ask the court for proof of Professorship? Or would that be irrelevant /bad etiquette?

miffy840 · 15/11/2025 13:30

This is from one of her companies - either some very sloppy form filling or she regards one of her given names as "Professor"
