Sorry to be a dinosaur but I don't have X - in the Fife case there were some links you could click to follow TT without being on twitter - does anyone have them for this tribunal - I couldn't see any on the thread.

I think this could be a particularly important case, since post the Supreme Court ruling the TRA's have latched onto the idea that they have nowhere to pee.

I hope Naomi Cunningham points out that they have ample places. I also hopes she can tease out whether any TiMs have actually been threatened in loos. Even if they have it should be a disciplinary matter for the men concerned - not the current "let's dump this issue on women".

We will be live tweeting from the employment tribunal of Maria Kelly v Leonardo UK (L), due to start at noon. She alleges harassment, direct & indirect discrimination.
L, a leading aerospace company, has a policy permitting employees to use toilets accord to their gender identity.

We are still in the waiting room and being told the parties are still in a private meeting. As it is approaching lunchtime we may not have a public session for some time, but we'll keep you informed when we know anything concrete.

We are now waiting in the virtual hearing room. The clerk has posted the following:
"The hearing is currently still dealing with case management matters and the hearing should be starting fairly soon".

Also I have a thing on Friday morning till 1130ish, so someone else will have to do it then. Or we hope they're in private hearing/case management etc.

Oh dear. Personally gutted not to see action but maybe this is good for MK? Maybe settling and accepting liability?

I would have thought that since the Supreme Court ruling, there was no case to answer - they cannot allow employees to use loos according to their gender identity. The only issue I would see, is how much distress has already been caused and what compensation they should pay.

We've just had another message from the clerk: "Dear all the hearing has been adjourned till 10am tomorrow. there will be no hearing today" We will be reporting again tomorrow for the duration of the case, which is due to last the rest of this week.

We will have no excuses for tardiness. You can use the stick to pole vault to the toilet, it will be quicker and only a little bit dangerous.
