There have been a few threads in here over the years where women have come in to ask for advice (I did myself) and then realise that there's a danger of threads being too identifiable. I remember several threads here in the last couple of years about trans-identified men in the workplace taking the p (literally).

I think 9:30 means log in 30 minutes early for a 10am start.

I’m undecided whether it will start at 10am with an announcement from the judge, or whether there will be further representations from counsel, presumably as a result of whatever they are doing this afternoon eg research, consulting clients, mediation re a settlement.

I'm going with disclosure issues as the most likely reason for this morning. We know NC is Queen of the Bundle and I'm willing to bet the Respondents, a huge multi-national company with no doubt layer upon layer of management, may not have produced everything they should have. And that may have an impact on who should be called as a witness and when.

Well I'm going for 11.18 as I need to be elsewhere first thing, but also need it to finish by 4pm if I am to view it all. The prize, if I win, will be a productive day!

@CriticalCondition I concur with disclosure/bloodhound counsel issues. I also wouldn't be surprised if an offer has also been slapped on the table, as Leonardo's website & current leaders don't seem to have as much trans skin in the game as in previous years.

I don't think we know how Ms Kelly is funding the case, do we? Not our business, but am just wondering if there is enough in a crowdfunder or wealthy backer pot to make an example of an employer, given that this is the first such case since the SC Ruling.

If the claimant is the same Maria Kelly as in the Linked In profile up thread and so still employed by Leonardo then she may really not want to make an example of them. May be prioritising a fair settlement that allows her to continue in her career.
