There are echoes of 'no other women complained' in the SP/Fife case, aren't there?
One bolshy women's libber going on a solo run just to make trouble and hurt the feelings of the lovely lovely trans employees.

Interesting, so private companies don't have to look at risks/detriment to their staff? I've been public sector all my life so genuinely didn't know that.

Yes, it's only advised for other organisations. But maybe not to have done it can be used to show that they were cavalier about the rights of others on their staff ((hence several mentions of pregnancy and neurological difficulties)

Well, Fife has just submitted theirs!

I don't think MK can rely on public sector equality duty for herself as an employee, but as someone who onboards students on placement, there will almost certainly be a contract or MoU with a requirement for Leonardo Uk as an industry partner not to undermine the PSED of the host university. So once unis are caught up with PSED, Leonardo will have to follow in respect of students.

I'm puzzled as to why this is listed with an estimate of 4 days. ST says her cross exam is only going to be another hour.
Final submissions surely won't take more than a day at most. So who is L's reported only witness going to be?

@CriticalCondition Probably because there is an awful lot of titting about and time wasting with these tribunals, it's a feature, not a bug.

MK I had a resolution from Rachel and it felt we'd reached an end and was tidying up the loose ends
ST U dont agree w the companies position but had an answer
MK There was partial answers. What about if yr religious, staff being unaware. But at least knew L was happy for M to ID as W and use the F toilets

MK I was told to go to employee relations. So went to the grievance. As didnt think I'd get more from the EDI process..it was a dead end

That so important. If they had dusted it with ordinary cocoa powder it might have been a bit..y'know .. calorific? but now it's practically healthfood😂
