Graham Linehan arrested on arrival at Heathrow Part 3

These threads are currently being used to follow the case that is taking place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, but will also be following the subsequent fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case earlier this week.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

That's really shocking. So by my count, Tarquin has turned up at multiple events filming women, getting in their faces, streaming 'punch a terf' audio at an event, using multiple sock accounts to send abuse online, streamed that he wants to make terfs pay, sending pizzas to homes in the early hours, actively seeking out home addresses, showing GL images of things under GL's car, showing him images of his wife's address, then at an event approached him three times with GL telling him to go away before GL lost his temper and threw Tarquin's phone away.
In return, GL has called him a scumbag and sociopathic.
And Glinner is the one in the dock.

Why on earth are the police not putting someone like that behind bars, away from threatening women and children?

Maybe KJK could tell the police he misgendered her or her children, that might get their attention if his threats don't .

What's going on with the Guardian?! They appear to be the only paper with a reporter in court filing copy and t also seems reasonable:

Court reporting guidelines are very strict. You have to report the evidence fairly (both sides) some outlets could be on a sticky wicket at the end of this if they haven't done so, so The Guardian is following correct procedure in this case.
