Graham Linehan arrested on arrival at Heathrow Part 3

These threads are currently being used to follow the case that is taking place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, but will also be following the subsequent fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case earlier this week.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

THERE ARE EIGHT PEOPLE WHO CLAIM THEY ARE BEING HARASSED BY SB.

They put 400 pages of evidence together in response to Glinner being arrested. And the police dismissed it instantly. And instead just charged him.

Why was SB even at the conference filming in peoples faces like that if it wasn't to harass and intimidate?

Even if he was there to protest against it, his actions in filming constitute harassment. SB was asked to leave but didn't and eventually had to be escorted off the premises.

Are the police fucking brain dead or something because this is literally the only thing I can think of as to why there is such unequal treatment going on here.

The proceedings seem looser than the Peggie tribunal, don't they? Or do you think the prosecutor is hoping to give Glinner enough rope to hang himself?

I've been waiting for the judge to intervene for a while. He finally has, telling Glinner that the prosecutor is the one who is here to ask the questions.

It's hard to follow Judge because it's bloody insane, everyone sitting in that damn room knows that SB is a man, will always be a man, will never be a woman, yet we are forced to submit to the delusions of these creepy, dangerous men. Why? Just bloody why?!

Re SB’s age - I think they must now be over 18 as court reporting restrictions would mean that his name could not be used - he’d have to be referred to as Child A or similar? Ie he MUST now be an adult to a) be named and b) to be a party to the case/hearing?

It's supposed to be Glinner facing a harassment and criminal damage charge but what's actually happening is something very different; it's showing up the behaviour of those who reported Glinner and the ineptitude of the police and these are the points that people are taking home with them from the press (who actually bothered to send reporters to the court unlike the ones who wrote fluff pieces which are apparently unbiased and miss out significant details which are hugely important to give any kind of context at all).
