Arrested again! Details on his Substack. This is beyond a joke; 5 armed officers!

I just got arrested again

I arrived back in London to discover the UK is still a police state run by trans activists

I really hope that before they did this they found the missing whistle. The whistle should take precedent.

justasking111 · 02/09/2025 14:51

So am I allowed to kick a man in the nuts if being assaulted?

Any nut kicking from hereinafter will result in Graham Lineham being extradited from the US and thrown in jail.

CaptainCarrotsBigSword · 02/09/2025 15:15

Fucks sake, that is utterly insane.

Butchyrestingface · 02/09/2025 15:10

Whether you find something acceptable on a personal level really should have no bearing on whether another person should face criminal prosecution over a well-worn (and very obviously sarcastic) figure of speech.

You're mistaken, he didn't face criminal prosecution over the tweets threatening to kill 3 women.

FriedGold32 · 02/09/2025 15:18

The trans activists that show up at these protests tend to be largely teenage boys/young men of the nerdy gamer variety.

If you've ever set foot in a branch of CEX or Games Workshop, that's why he's saying they stink.

Edited

I'm not mistaken. I KNOW he wasn't prosecuted over the supposed threat (because no sane person could have seriously argued the tweet constituted a legitimate threat). But there were people arguing he SHOULD have been. Being banned from Twitter over it was bad enough (or an unjust reward, depending on your view of Twitter).

wantmorenow · 02/09/2025 15:19

Ridiculous over reaction by police but I would actually like Graham to not use such inflammatory language as it does get used to undermine GC work. I like being a CLAW and I personally think it's important.

I agree.

JKR manages to get her point across without advocating for kicking people in the nuts although I imagine she's sorely tempted sometimes.

I'm delighted to say that more than one lawyer has told me that the arrest was illegal.

Character witness for you ?

Camilla fought off attempted indecent assault as teenager, book says

The future Queen is said to have fought off her attacker on a train using the heel of her shoe.

Maybe the former police officer who seems to be behind it knows too much about serving officers. Or have I taken Line of Duty too seriously 😄

Oh god, do we have to add H into the alphabet soup, now? Is there no end to the letters being added

And these. Openly making threats of violence himself and inciting others to commit violence too.

You ever get tired of beclowning yourself here? You seem to quite enjoy it so go on yourself I guess.

None of those tweets are incitement to violence.

Glinner · 02/09/2025 15:10

Three fairly shit tweets that are now going viral. Just my luck. By the way that person who said I threatened women is a fucking liar

I hadn't seen any of them but the "photo you can smell" one made me laugh.

I can't believe what's happening to you. Down with this sort of thing.

LesbianNana · 02/09/2025 15:27

I don’t remember any of the same outrage over the hundreds of graphic death and rape threats women receive. Has anyone ever been arrested for one?

Bromptotoo · 02/09/2025 15:27

He was arrested on suspicion that his posts incited violence.

I don't 'do' X/Twitter so I've not seen what was said.

Either he'll be charged or he won't. If he is it'll go to court and depending on his plea he'll be tried. If guilty he'll get a sentence.

Due process of law and all that.

That made me laugh too. Are we allowed to laugh about it?

Oh, come on, really?

Men should not be in women only spaces, however they identify. They should be thrown out if they violate the Supreme Court ruling.

We can all see that, don't worry. Get some rest mate, I bet you need it after all that!

At least those tweets going viral will help people see how utterly ridiculous it was that you were arrested for them!

FWIW my dad always told me that if a man attacked me, I should scream like fuck and kick them in the balls too. I've told all the young women in my family the same!

They should be arrested, they are knowingly breaking the law.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 02/09/2025 15:42

Seem to be double standards here. Most people agreed Lucy Connolly who incited people to burn down asylum hotels should be jailed. Inciting violence is a criminal offence. I support Glinner but he shouldn't have used that kind of language.

RoyalCorgi · 02/09/2025 15:43

They should be arrested, they are knowingly breaking the law.

But they won't be, will they? Things that the police consider acceptable:

  • Men carrying signs saying "Decapitate Terfs"
  • Men addressing a crowd of people inciting men to punch women
  • Men publishing a novel fantasising about a famous novelist being burned alive
  • Men sending rape and murder threats to women
  • Men knowingly entering women's changing rooms, toilets, rape crisis centres or other facilities.

Things the police don't consider acceptable:

  • Jokes that hurt the feelings of men's rights activists.

I don't think Lucy incited violence, though her comment was deeply unpleasant.

I don't think Glinner is inciting violence either, though some of his tweets are a bit shitty.

What is the legal definition of 'incitement'? What level of 'violence' is serious enough for consideration?
