Arrested again! Details on his Substack. This is beyond a joke; 5 armed officers!

I just got arrested again

I arrived back in London to discover the UK is still a police state run by trans activists

He certainly didn't appear to warrant that sort of presence (I've never heard of him before so don't know exactly what he tweeted and comedians are known to push boundaries), but I note in the above article he said, "In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak", and that is certainly not true. May have happened on occasion but is certainly far from the norm.

On my very short 'acquaintance', I do not particularly like him but that police business is certainly over the top.

Women certainly are assaulted and, harassed when we gather to speak and discuss our rights (or lack thereof).

Chrus's mates assemble outside and scream violent threats at us.

Haven't you seen let women speak events, or what happens at screenings of feminist films?

Organisations like WRN have to meet in secret for fear of those men.

Even At Oxford literary Festival they gathered outside when Helen Joyce was speaking about her book and shouted threats and tried to drown out the discussion with noise.

It happens a lot, please don't minimise it just because you have somehow avoided hearing about it.

And the police do nothing.

Read the women who wouldn't wheesht if you want more examples.

that Fake SEEN police guy, has blueskyed this

which is also an incitement to something, i feel? any legal brains here?

text of Bluesky post:

Graham Linehan is openly inciting further harassment of Dr Beth Upon [sic] during live legal proceedings, where the issue of deadnaming trans witnesses in court is ongoing.
We will take action right now.

JFC! I called the police last year because there was a car parked just outside my flat and the male occupant was screaming abuse at his female passenger, she got out the car and he followed her, still screaming and grabbing her arm. Did they come out, did they fuck.

I took the car registration and description of both occupants just in case they drove off. I had a call from an officer several days later to say unless the incident had been captured on cctv they wouldn’t do anything.

Now I know why, they are too busy arresting people for upsetting men in dresses. Pathetic.

Treaclewell · 02/09/2025 12:42

My Dad taught me what he had been taught in the army, the agents of the government. Works best with army boots. If attacked, knee him in the groin, scrape down his shins and stamp on his instep. Then rabbit punch him in the back before running. Never had to do it as no-one has ever attacked. Graham's tweet is similarly dependent on the TW not doing what he should and leaving. Of course the TWs do not accept that they are wrong.
5 armed police!

my dad taught me to punch them in the balls, make sure both your feet are on the ground so you don't get off balance if they grab your leg.

And yes. I have done this. Perhaps i should hand myself in for sexual violence?

He's already being sued for defamation by a gay man, and already has a charge for harassment and criminal damage against a trans woman, and threatened to kill women at a protest (which earned him a permanent ban on Twitter, before Uncle Musk brought him back).

He also sexually harassed and threated to drag a trans woman out a toilet by her "kinky boots". I'm disappointed he wasn't charged for that.

Multiple people, I was one of them, reported him to the police for his latest sexual violence threat to punch trans people in their genitalia.

The violent homophobe won't stop until he's in prison.

It's also not a good look for the GC community since apart from Jo he appears to be one of the "leaders".

Interruptaron incoming.

wondering if @Christinapple also reports TRAs to the police when they threaten to punch/kill/rape Terfs?

Yes please @Christinapple - you also report those holding placards such as “Decapitate TERFS” don’t you?

NoFineBalance · 02/09/2025 12:49

Yes, threatening to punch people in the genitalia is a sexual threat of violence.

He didn't do this though, did he. He suggested a form of self defense to females if all else fails when faced with the threat of a male present in a female space. What is sexual about it? I would absolutely go for a bloke's balls to stop him; because, faced with a far stronger male, I would go for their most vulnerable area rather than try to give them a right hook that would make little impact.

There must be fathers up and down the land advising their daughters to "scream and kick him in the balls" if they find themselves trapped with a pervy man. Are all these dads "inciting sexual violence"? Should they all be dealt with immediately by armed police?

TRAs don't live in the real world.

This

if Any biological man EVER makes my DD or her friends feel unsafe and it’s safe for me to do so I absolutely will not hesitate to kick him in his balls if need be.

Fucking arrest me

You haven't been paying attention for the last 10 years.

Shortpoet · 02/09/2025 12:52

An uninsured driver hit my parked car causing a lot of damage and drove off without stopping.
I sent the police clear CCTV that I’d hunted down and found from a shop opposite. They did nothing. So the CCTV bit is also bollocks.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15057371/Father-Ted-creator-Graham-Linehan-arrested-Heathrow-Airport.html

"A spokesman for the Met Police told the Mail 'The man in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of inciting violence. This is in relation to posts on X."

Apologies for the DM link, the story is new so there isn't much choice so far, but hopefully this should be a reminder to everyone that inciting violence is illegal. Including towards LGBT people.

Fair enough, but where are all the trans activists being arrested for threats to kill and rape towards GC women then? Why are they allowed to do that with no consequences? I don't agree with the way Graham Linnehan tweets, I understand his bitterness but I don't think it helps his arguments to post like that, but it's incredibly obvious that the policing of speech on this issue only goes one way.

INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE

Queen hits man with shoe who was where he shouldn’t have been, doing something he shouldn’t have been doing.

www.bbc.com/news/articles/c209ql9z2d1o.amp

We know that's still happening now but many women don't both reporting it. Because what's the point? If the police even turn up then chances are nothing will come of it or they are told they shouldn't have dressed so clingy, they must've been behaving flirtatiously or some other such bs.

Although I'm sure some helpful soul will pipe up at some point and suggest that Queen Cam should've been flattered.

Sskka · 02/09/2025 12:54

This can’t be real?! We’re heading towards something awful in this country, and soon. You can feel it.

And no doubt they will before you could blink. And then probably ask you to apologise to the perpetrator!

Thingybob · 02/09/2025 12:55

IA(certainly)NAL but I think the way you've worded it is ok. You are not highlighting one group of men who have a protected characteristic.

Edit as this was a response to this,

As feminists we condemn male violence from the other side and we must condemn it from our side too.

@LBFseBrom

'I note in the above article he said, "In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak", and that is certainly not true.'

Which part of what he said isn't true?

It’s a fairly standard remark on self defence. Does anyone who says this about facing male threat need to stop or get arrested?

DiscoBob · 02/09/2025 12:57

That's a massive overreaction. If someone else did a tweet saying (never mind the context etc) that in certain circumstances you should kick somebody in the balls, I doubt multiple armed police would be involved. And they certainly wouldn't be meeting the person at the airport.

JohnofWessex · 02/09/2025 12:59

Given his high profile etc why not do what they very often do which is invite him to attend an interview with his solicitor?

IDontHateRainbows · 02/09/2025 13:01

Can someone please explain why GL saying punch a TW in the balls is different to Sarah Jane Baker saying punch a terf in the face?

I have no dog in this game, I'm neither for nor against GL but if one is bad surely the other also is?

Chickenbone123 · 02/09/2025 13:01

BarbieBrightSide · 02/09/2025 11:41

From the Daily Mail article:

Linehan, 57, has shared the tweets which he says police arrested him over. One from April 20 said: 'If a trans-identified male is in a female-only space, he is committing a violent, abusive act. Make a scene, call the cops and if all else fails, punch him in the balls.'
A second tweet, on April 19, was a picture of a trans rally with the caption: 'A photo you can smell.' The third was a follow up to this tweet which said: 'I hate them. Misogynists and homophobes. F* em.'

This tweet is what @Christinapple is referring to as 'incitement to violence'

As PP have stated, the double standards are astonishling

Is that for real?! Seriously!?

If that is what he’s arrested for then we need seriously to sort out the policing and law in this country.

Punch them in the balls is a completely legitimate form and a well advised form of self defence for women being assaulted by men. Anyone remember Miss Congenialtys SING. Solar plexus, Instep, Nose, Groin. Should be taught in schools to female only classes imo.
