Get the popcorn folks. GLP is getting ready to lose again.

They are going after barrister Sarah Phillimore for referring to a man as a man. They think they are going to lawfare her into silence.

The only thing is other TAs have already tried this on Phillimore multiple times. They went to the Bar Council their claims were dismissed. They all failed. More to the point this ‘Kate’ is the same guy complaining again who already failed. Sarah Phillimore knows the law and likes explaining it to TAs and making them lose. So she doesn't even resent the attempt.

As Sarah has stated "They pick on someone who not only enjoys this but has now a vast repository of knowledge about the law in this area."

I don't think it's necessarily the case that our Righteous educator is either male or young. Being on The Right Side of History has a peculiarly addictive attraction for people of both sexes and all ages who need to huddle within the Bundle Of Good Beliefs For Good Souls, as we well know from the capture at all levels - KCs, judges, NHS bosses, ministers, head teachers, union leaders, and on and on.

He’s a Transman that fully supports and respects women. He also understands biology and knows he can’t change sex but chooses to live as a man and for that I fully respect him.

Speaking of weak men…

Did you know that a male person who is in the lower quartile for strength is still stronger than all female people except for those in the highest decile? And that even taking exogenous estrogen will not remove all remnants of male pubertal physical advantage.

Of course, any female taking exogenous testosterone at higher levels than the naturally found female range will not be included in the category of female people. Those female people have given themselves a physical advantage over other female people. They may register as being stronger than all other female people if they have trained and have the fitness.

That male pubertal advantage is just another factor in development of safeguarding principles that are foundational to strong policies for safeguarding.

As opposed to how many female people reported being assaulted in female toilets by male people who declare they have a transgender identity in the previous 12 months. That would be a very flawed foundation to use for safeguarding policy as has been already pointed out.

It was my post that said TRANSwomen are weak and inadequate men, I might not have meant physical strength but their mentality (I could have meant both I suppose) They’re certainly fragile enough that words are literal violence. Just goes to show they don’t understand or care about women at all.

Safety is but one aspect of the safeguarding needs for female people in female single sex provisions.

There are numerous harms.
Harms include:

-Rape and sexual assault.

-Violence.

-Sexual abuse that is not rape or sexual assault.

-Sexual abuse that also includes solo sexual acts or using the experience in future sexual acts.

-Any other abuse that may include verbal abuse, intimidation in any way etc, this includes inappropriate questions and comments.

-A male person's presence where female people need privacy and dignity.

-A male person's presence where female people need to feel safe from any male person's presence (over the age of about 8 years old).

-Female people self-excluding knowing that there may be a male person accessing that provision.

-Female people not having the freedom to discuss the issues that cause them distress, concern, or that they need to talk about because a male person is present (particularly for support groups and care provisions)

-Female children (and female adults) learning to have no or too low personal boundaries because they have been taught that male people are female people and that they should ignore and overcome feelings of discomfort.

Narrowing the discussion to sex and violence offences does not remove these other harms from consideration for female single sex provisions.
