GLP are going after Sarah Philmore and are going to lose

Get the popcorn folks. GLP is getting ready to lose again.

They are going after barrister Sarah Phillimore for referring to a man as a man. They think they are going to lawfare her into silence.

The only thing is other TAs have already tried this on Phillimore multiple times. They went to the Bar Council their claims were dismissed. They all failed. More to the point this ‘Kate’ is the same guy complaining again who already failed. Sarah Phillimore knows the law and likes explaining it to TAs and making them lose. So she doesn't even resent the attempt.

As Sarah has stated "They pick on someone who not only enjoys this but has now a vast repository of knowledge about the law in this area."

SP highlighted this wording by Lady Hale in a judgment she handed down:

I knew that Hale was a bit unhinged over genderism but I was still surprised.

I believe that Lady Hale has a daughter who is a wannabe man.

I see the GLP have already moved on and set their sights on the next victims, they’re going after the volunteer group Protect and Teach.

Not as far as I can see. Lady Hale and her ex-husband have one child, now aged 52. She is Dame Julia Hoggett, the first openly gay CEO of the London Stock Exchange. She has two children by her former (female) partner and all the articles I can see about her use female pronouns, as you would hope, in spite of the fact that (shock! horror!) she has short hair. Whether there is anything gender-related going on within the wider family I couldn't say.

Protect and Teach must be making an impact if the GLP is trying to intimidate them like this?
As a general point, those trying to persuade schools to ignore the trans rights / porn / fetish / born in the wrong body mob are a great threat to transactivists. So much of their grift depends on society accepting the myth of the trans child, accepting that girls and women have no right to boundaries from men and believing that anything centring women and girls is bigotry.

They're very cross that in response to the GLP "they still didn’t say who is processing people’s information or where they’re based".
It looks as if they're going for their lack of data handling policies in an attempt to out the names of individuals?

You are absolutely correct. I misremembered. Lady Hale's stance is all the more strange when her daughter is a lesbian.

Possibly not strange if her daughter is firmly "No LGB Without The T".
