The “women’s march” that’s all about the men.

I couldn’t see a thread about this, but I’m just here to share how annoying it is to see a so-called women’s march so concerned with placating men. This is the march in January.

As well as the highly predictable “this is for all women” (meaning including the ones who are men) and the ‘we don’t tolerate transphobia’ (meaning any concept of sex-based oppression), the Facebook group is full of posts reassuring men that of course they’re welcome and it’s not all men and obviously “not my Nigel”. It’s infuriating. Why do people do this?

Yet trauma victims of male violence, sexual assault and rape survivors who requested a man free zone are blocked or shamed? The teenage victim of Sarah Jane was terrified for his life and was tortured for hours. It was a 30 year prison sentence! That's how dangerous this individual was judged to be. I'm actually stunned. I've been angry for a while at the handmaidens but I never ever believed they'd be capable of something as stupidly evil as this. What utter contempt they hold for their own sex class. Ffs. This is a very, very violent criminal. There is no defence of this person.

How dare women give off 'vibes' that might spoil the fun of a convicted torturer and attempted murderer?

As I previously mentioned a lot of these women are mothers. (And of course we have a mother whose autistic child is trans. Quelle surprise!) I have absolutely no doubt in my mind these fools would sacrifice their child's safety if it meant they didn't have to deviate from the script that is TWAW and they are absolutely not a risk. They are like this generations idiot parents who refused to believe religious men could ever be ungodly and abuse vulnerable individuals. Their trump card is always to say "aha I bet you let your child go to church" as they recognise what a foolish thing it was to treat any group of men as a sacred caste.... Whilst simultaneously doing exactly that!

I've gone from pityfing these people to being absolutely furious at them. They stopped women from sharing experiences of DV in the chat (it didn't get graphic even) as it could be potentially triggering but yes, let's platform a violent sexual abuser 🤦 you couldn't make this up.

I honestly can't believe my eyes, this rubbish. They must have severe mental health issues to go along with this. The damage they are doing is unbelievable and any person with a spick of sanity would see that.
They are letting their deluded pride get in the way and making this march dangerous. Well they will certainly get attention on Saturday in London that is for sure.

It honestly makes me feel unwell a lot of them also are in positions where they are the first point of contact for extremely vulnerable women. Like the one who works at Women's aid who linked with a bloke and another woman to bully & slander an older lady. Their conduct is unhinged- the thought of a woman who has plucked up the courage to ask for help fleeing asking a question like "is the refuge women only?" Fills me with dread. There is nothing to suggest they could behave impartially or would even try to. The women's aid lady proudly stated "I have to be nice here because of my job" whilst proceeding to mock and rip apart an individual with a young lads help... If that's her idea of nice 😬😬😬

@TigerLily40 they (a nurse btw) did it in the chat. It was a few women she shut down. And they naturally apologised.

Have you got screenshots? I feel sorry for any woman feeling uncomfortable around any men etc...
