We are having a Christmas do at knitting group, and one of the members is bringing a Baileys cheesecake. I plan to think ‘sod my blood sugar’ and enjoy it!

Arrives with animals and seagulls. Well, we sea birds gave to stick together.

In the real world, brain still not computing new eye so it all a bit of an effort. Got post op consultation tomorrow and I'm hoping fir a date for eye 2 so I can move on. Colour vision in eye1 still amazing. Still winking!!

Ooh, post op appointment twins! I've got my operation follow up with the consultant as well tomorrow. After 12 weeks I get to properly find out what they did at the end of August, rather than the version I got whilst still drugged up to my eyeballs the day after! And maybe the actual reason why they didn't remove the thing they'd gone in to remove!

In the meantime assuming the gerbils have finished playing at being rotisserie gerbils in the pub window can I order a large full fat coke and a nice bowl of beef stew.
