Maybe if Inky and Golden are different sexes, we could have little mooselets?

If Inky and Golden are different sexes, one of them shouldn't be in the Bluestocking Arms. Even if he has plucked his eyebrows and shaved his legs, off to the Staunch Ally with him!

I'm thinking of ways to combine them. 'Ninny-pated nitwit' I like or 'chuffing ninny-pated nitwit' for extra disdain. Or, in you're on your way out the door, 'you chuffing, ninny-witted, numpty. I bid you 'cheerio'!'.

You really are an all round good egg!

golly

indeed

gosh

EdithStourton · 08/10/2024 14:55

One of my pet words is 'claptrap'.

Many, many times when I could use it.
Almost as many times when I decide that discretion is the better part of valour, and don't.

See also, twaddle.

Cheerio!

(Repeatedly edited for typos, as I am a nitwit.)

Can we let some of these move into the Bluestocking? Apparently they're endangered in their native range

Standing just 25cm tall and weighing between 6–9kg, this tiny pig is easily distinguished by its short 2–3cm tail and slender body. Living in small groups of 4–8 individuals, pygmy hogs are known for building intricate thatch nests where they live.

They're adorable 😍 they can thatch.

I think they'd get on with the quokkas. Probably too small to bully them.

I dunno. They're only about 4/10 on the old squee-o-meter (which CP insists must be a squeeze-o-meter, however many times I tell him otherwise. It's AIsplaining, a sort of automated mansplaining.🙄)

I need to see pictures before I can decide.

lcakethereforeIam · 08/10/2024 15:37

Okay. I'll abide by the majority decision.

I'm with Android. I've seen cuter...

lcakethereforeIam · 08/10/2024 15:46

Definitely won't try to smuggle some in anyway.

lcakethereforeIam · 08/10/2024 15:46

No siree.

DeanElderberry · 08/10/2024 15:52

Very cute. And reminds me I have a little bacon joint to go in the oven.

Bannedontherun · 08/10/2024 15:57

No for me pigs smell

Chersfrozenface · 08/10/2024 16:00

Bannedontherun · 08/10/2024 15:57

No for me pigs smell

Not as much as goats, believe me.

lcakethereforeIam · 08/10/2024 16:01

Only the uncastrated boars, they'll be at the Staunch Ally. They'll be living in the paddock with an area for their thatched nests that the goats can't get to.

Bannedontherun · 08/10/2024 16:04

Also i would be worried about dean eating them.

FuzzyPuffling · 08/10/2024 16:05

It's not a looker. But neither am I

But to be fair, I'm less hairy.

lcakethereforeIam · 08/10/2024 16:05

They're pigs, I might have a nibble myself if we have a few going spare that I've took against.

ifIwerenotanandroid · 08/10/2024 16:13

lcakethereforeIam · 08/10/2024 15:46

No siree.

Keep them in your room, then.
