I quite fancy a limoncello please.

I think the gerbils should go in the Theatre bit of the Bluestocking. I am greatly looking forward to their performance.

Those mint choc cocktails do look more like something sold during the interval. If I can have a non-alcoholic version, I'd quite like one please. Mint chocolate milkshake...

What is it with you lot and lemons?

I went on holiday to Sorrento once. Everywhere you go there is limoncello. It's like the liquid version of lemon drizzle cake!

If there is a hell and I am unfortunate enough to end up there I will be eating lemon drizzle cake and drinking limoncello for eternity!

They are a rowdy bunch so do we have a annexe? Some off site chalets in the goats field perhaps?

The gerbils have gone very avant-garde, dontcha know. The music is by John Cage, and it's all interval.

Now that's my idea of hell...

I think the cabaret bar is adjacent to the converted stable block with hostel accommodation for touring gerbil troupes. I am more than a little disturbed to learn they've gone all radio 3.

I realise my ideas are some decades out of date but I'm seeing them all gaunt in black polonecks. It's wrong, gerbils should be about colour and sparkle and making the most of their splendidly convex contours.

I hope poor little Colin has recovered from spending his day being partially turned into a chameleon. I think I'd find it quite unsettling.

One of the gerbils had a wardrobe malfunction on the trapeze. He's got a dirty mind. So I made him do a Brunhilde instead.
