I've only read about this on Twitter so there's a chance this is being taken out of context, but it looks like Let Women Speak were part of Tommy Robinson's rally in London this past weekend:

This doesn't sit right with me at all. I've been to LWS events and thought I knew what they were about. I've argued against the guilt-by-association tactics that some activists use against LWS when male intruders have turned up to the events, like the neo-Nazis in Melbourne.

But here we see the opposite, LWS deliberately attending far-right fascist marches. This seems inexcusable to me.

That's some people's view. Other people think the Vote Leave campaign lied and manipulated so that people weren't sure what to believe and voted on emotion rather than fact.

Evidence for the latter is the collapse of support for the Conservatives who delivered Brexit, the diificulty in finding anyone who now says it was a good idea and the carnage it's wreaked on our economy.

Not sure what the evidence for the former is. Leavers not taking ownership of their choices?

She specifically talked about women who had mastectomies because they were trans as an example of people who would be lazy and entitled. It was pretty gross. But like the far right marches, easily overlooked because its KJK/LWS.

I spent most of the afternoon doing the front garden and watching the road being resurfaced.

I washed all of my Fred Perry tops and donned Fruit of the Loom, just in case someone filmed me doing my begonias wrong.

It's always good to get away from the keyboard and talk to real people passing by. Chat was about the road chippings, dogs, Sunak bunking out of the D Day commemorations ( local Tories very cross) and the wait at the local hospital A and E.

I checked back to see if @Hepwo's corrupted list request had been responded to but nada.

I'm actually heartened to see today the latest polling looks like the lib dems might end up as the official opposition. It shows the ridiculous populist approach and culture wars isn't actually working.

I know a lot of teenagers. Sexual abuse of girls at schools by boys is a huge issue.

You're welcome to post here. But you'll find a lot of us think that it's a bit odd to declare that you're a feminist if you think that any man who says he's a woman literally becomes a woman.

Anyone is free to be here but just don't expect us to be your kind of feminist.

1. Is it bigoted to discriminate between male and female?
2. Would that apply to animals and plants, or just humans?
3. Is it bigoted to discern when someone's statements do not match the facts?
4. Would it be bigoted to mistrust someone whose statements are anti-factual?
5. Do women (female people) form a vulnerable population?
6. Is it bigoted to discriminate between different vulnerable populations?

You do know this forum was especially hived at the request of by those who didn't want to have to read about the trans issue? This board has long been the place to come if you want to discuss issues around the conflicts inherent in trans ideology and its impact upon women and children.

There now exists 'Feminist chat' for those who want to discuss other issues related to women and women's rights.

I'm not sure about " welcome"........but of course you are free to post - but do expect challenge at every point. Personally, though, I wouldn't bother posting here if I believed that TWAW. I'd wonder what the point was - other than needless and repetitive confrontation. For years this was the only place where such discussions have been able to happen - and as a result it has evolved into 'the' place for such discussions.

I mean the sheer nerve. I was a member of the Labour Party for about 20 years and until recently a Trade Union convenor.

Luckily no one really believes it.

My first vote was for Harold Wilson. Anti Apartheid rallies with the NF there. As a trade union e/c member I spoke at meetings with Michael Foot, Grunwick, Wapping, Messenger, Miners strikes, many disputes. Clause 28 and the hatred brought by Aids, John Smith (rip) was a close friend.

My union colleague was stabbed on his doorstep by Wombat18, his wife had just died, he had young kids.

I was involved with the trades unions during the N.I. peace process. Lots more. I've done a shed load for The Movement. It's in poorer shape now than years ago.

So all these keyboard warriors bleating about purity can do one. VAWG isn't limited to TR types FFS. Go back and look at what happened in the likes of the SWP ( big cover up) the CPGBml ( big cover up). So all these keyboard warriors bleating about Left purity can do one. They would struggle to organise a raffle. I can tell by the way they talk on here.
