A Woman, the biological kind (as there really is no other type ) that has difficulty lactating can be offered drugs under medical supervision that will help.

A Man, the biological kind (as there really is no other type) that has difficulty lactating, should NOT be offered drugs under any circumstances.

A Baby should never, ever, be subjected to experimental trials to appease Men who feel they’re missing out…

But to whose babies? Clearly not their own unless a biblical type miracle occurred?

Some women are unable to breast feed for various reasons, many of which can be upsetting. They have to use formula.
Why are TW special any different? Formula is widely available and safe for babies.

The reasons so many medications are not recommended for pregnant women is not because they are known to be harmful, but because its unethical to test on pregnant woman and their unborn baby....but this is ok to try because the baby has now been born... ?

The point is also that women who are struggling with BF are not generally offered drugs now by the NhS, as it is felt that formula is safer (as a women who was denied drugs). So why males should be given those drugs is baffling.

You're missing the point. You said 'had to take probably the same mass quantity of estrogen and progesterone a trans man would have to have'. A transman is a woman who wants to be a man, they don't take estrogen and progesterone they take testosterone.

How, if it's not safe for these drugs to be given in low quantities for limited periods of time to women who are already lactating is it safe to give them in much higher quantities (and higher concentration as the menz produce less secretions remember) for however long the man wants, presumably?

Yes, I had an allergy baby who would refuse to Bf whilst uncomfortable and had a tongue tie. We never managed to get my supply up optimally and his weight gain wasn't great. After 3 months of cutting things out, high stress, little sleep, lots of pumping to try to boost supply I was on my knees.

My GP did not want to prescribe me domperidone to help me even temporarily with supply issues due to the heart issues that some vulnerable babies develop. She told me that formula, even new fangled allergy formula, had been well tested so that she knew it was safe and she wasn't prepared to take a risk on the drugs. She praised me on trying so hard for 3 months and encouraged me to move on with some supplementation. (My son outgrew his allergy / intolerance and is now a thriving 3 year old).

Mothering is firstly about protecting your child. Above all else. This is what we are trained and primed to do.

Anyone who isnt aware of the horrendous affect trans women are having on children and women (people withheld male genitalia in jails, social pressure on lesbians to take on these men as sexual partners, the robbery and decimation of women’s sport) is being disingenuous.
