Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

I suddenly just feel really exhausted and upset that we are having to spend so much time and energy on defending our basic rights against this damaging nonesense. And these stupid women going along with it!

I think I'm to annoyed at this point to be paying attention to what's actually being said right now!

NC hysterical rage

Non white is seen by many who are so described as quite an offensive descriptor. It assumes that being white is what every person yearns to be, and that having a different skin colour makes you a lesser person. Bit of an own goal there MW given how pure everyone has to be around the woo.

MS problem is RA continuing to email AB to talk about her beliefs.

NC the subsequent emails are apologetic and careful. After AB asked to be removed from the chain, RA sends warm sincere humble approach to AB. You agree?

MS The first part of the email yes, but asking for conversation about it isn't necessary.

NC You are counting that as severe incident?

MS Yes cos AB felt hurt and humiliated

NC SU had every right to see if she was going to see someone m or f. This was a necessary question to ask.

MS SU was given an answer. We don't have men working at ercc

NC enquiry put with sensitivity and courtesy?

MS don't think so

NC ercc and AB replied with hysterical rage

NC that hysterical rage is how gi belief system replies to dissent.

NC: Hyserical rage is a typical response by the gender identity belief system when it encounters dissent.

ERCC seem to think the wrong people have the right to be angry and feel humiliated!

How anyone can justify gaslighting and withholding information from traumatised women, I just do not know.

And I can imagine it would be very difficult, if you were in a session with MH who had disclosed the information that MH is male, to stand up and say 'actually, that's not OK with me, I would like to speak to a female please.'

Witness saying "no" to every question from NC, but quieter and quieter...

This is very tough to listen to but try to see the good coming out of this process. These moreons are undergoing legal scrutiny, they are finding it very difficult as they rightly should, and their entire house of cards is being dismantled in front of us in a legal process on the record.
Right now NC is performing a very long direct attack on the gender belief system as a whole, not just ERCC. It's on the record in front of judges.

Although these aren't really questions. They're statements to the panel and for them to watch how the witness cannot engage with them.

NC everyone knows it's a lie, that humans can change sex.

NC It's why trans activists make misgendering an unforgivable sin.

MS don't know c unforgivable sin, but depending on intention can be seen as an attack

NC it states truth which is unacceptable.

MS it lets people have a choice

Note how the NB female responses with 'hysterical rage'. Not just rage. They are hysterical with rage.
