I feel so upset on RA's behalf. She comes across as a proper "grown up" and was not met with equal respect and understanding.

When it says a witness is "Board member of R", does R mean Respondent, do you know?

My God the poor woman, this is horrendous.

They tried to ruin her career and reputation.

I think someone said that in Scotland witnesses aren't allowed to watch the proceedings leading up to their own testimony. So MW, if it is the person, would only be able to watch at this time if MW is not a witness.

I thought 'R' meant the Rape Crisis Centre, may be wrong though.

I guess so though I don't know for sure.

Re letter RA received.

NC: exchange Nico/RA. Nico said report passed on to the board, and someone will be in touch.

RA: I had good references from the organisation. Good character references. To get this letter I couldn't believe it.

RA: I phoned Kim Townsend. She didn't know about it. Letter said had been escalated to gross misconduct and went on to say I could be dismissed without notice and pay. Potentially my career over and my reputation over. Signed off sick. I support traumatised people, regular commitment, and I wasn't able to function very well at that point.

I think R is respondent having seen a lot of tribunal tweets threads. But in this case that is ERCC so it works both ways.

I noticed a "Kim" is attending too.

What a horrible thing for all the service users affected by this too, when RA was unable to work.

So yes it would be a board member of ERCC.
