The question asked in Thread 1 has still not been answered satisfactorily, and so the quest continues to discover which side of the fence Tunnocks are on or whether they are in fact sat atop the fence throwing Snowballls and Tea cakes at both sides.

I have no idea where the link below will send you. hopefully to the original thread and at the start, but it could be a completely different thread half way through. I'm too full of sugar to concentrate properly!

We've had home made flapjacks and gingerbread today on our day out. We spent yesterday baking gingerbread, flapjacks, bread, pizza and garlic bread. We used costa to use the toilet only. If I'd been acosta'd on the way out I'd have told them that they are welcome to my bladder contents but not my custom due to their transbow coffee cups and that despicable mastectomy glorifying image they proudly broadcast. Has that been removed or are they standing by it?

I suppose everyone had to have their good points and @RealFeminist at least has exceedingly good taste in sweet treats. Better than her taste in most things politics related anyway!

Ah, you've been busy. I engineered a short weekend away so the kids couldn't go to Manchester Pride, we've just travelled back through part of Yorkshire. We passed so many, two, Booth's supermarkets. I bet they've got all the Tunnocks. I couldn't think of an excuse to stop and go in one.

I did get my paws on some Abernethy biscuits. That I bought because I remembered them from another thread. Just tried one, nice, like if a rich tea and a digestive had a baby.

Loads of good news. I haven't taken any codeine for 24 hours so I'm good to go back to work next week. More importantly, I have mastered cutting a teacake into four without cracking the chocolate dome or causing the base to crumble. I will be able to enjoy eating a quartered teacake with an afternoon cup of tea when I'm back at work. I just have to explain why I have a small, sharp kitchen knife in my bag.

I'm currently Tunnocksless. I have Tunnocks in the house but decanted the bars into a different container earlier so I could wash the other one.

I have no idea what I've temporarily put them in, or where I then put the thing I've put them in.

Every day is pride day these days. I couldn't bear to click on the Manchester pride stories on the Manchester Evening News. Poor journalism at the best of times but I dread to think what their version of "photos that sum up manchester pride" is. Autocorrect tried to change Manchester to man heater. That's a first. Man heater pride has a certain ring to it though. It's all about the men that's for sure. I was relieved to visit London in August and see all the pride with all the extra bits added flags had been replaced by cubes of art. It's not a rainbow it's a trans and fetish bow.

I decided to have a caramel wafer yesterday to test my willpower. I has 2 in the end and could have easily eaten 3 but I resisted.

Dd is back at school next week and I'm hoping she does take Under The Duvet Of Darkness with her. They have a whole alphabet soup section in the school library so I hope there'd be no issues.

I got to about photo 26ish, and then saw what seemed to be Freda stood next to an ambulance, and for some reason that was a photo to far for my tablet and it crashed and kicked me back to the start. I gave up at that point!

And was the first caramel wafer all the more nice for not having had one in literally days!!!!!! I'm impressed you stopped at 2 though! I remember the joy of eating a caramel wafer yesterday before i lost the box.. Sigh... Happy memories!
