This woman has shown just how magnificent she can be in the face of hateful misogyny. When most of us might want to run away from such abuse and attacks, she stands strong.
History is full of such women. Let’s post photos of those Queens who stand up for women.

That is a spectacular photo.

Taken in the midst of the spitting orgasmic rage from transactivists hellbent on crushing her spirit.

You've got to hand it to the woman.

IcakethereforeIam · 26/03/2023 02:05

I could spend hours putting on make up and never look half as good.

TheCentreSlide · 26/03/2023 02:10

Astonishingly brave woman. Thank you KJK.

Perfectly put. I completely agree.

I hope she gets some peace and quiet to decompress when she gets home. Not only will Auckland have been disturbing; when you, however briefly, fear for your life, that will be unsettling, but on top of that we all now have to decide how to move on in a world where top politicians have smeared us as nazis.

I hope she reads all the appreciation threads here and elsewhere, because being so massively vilified and labelled a nazi must be horrid. I am feeling somewhat rattled by it, and I’m nowhere near NZ let alone having been named.

On the upside, so many of us are reacting by getting even more determined to fight this male supremacist horror-show and I’ve seen so many women, and some men too, on twitter saying they are now going to go to a LWS event for the first time.

If the aim was to shine a light on the insanity of the MRA/TRAs opposing our rights, she succeeded beyond all expectation. But by taking the crap on herself. She actually put herself in the firing line for all of us in this fight.

Astonishing woman.

Incredible woman.

But can we not call amazing women “ballsy”/having balls.

Can we say she has "big dick energy" instead?

AlisonDonut · 26/03/2023 04:20

She certainly gets men seething hot with rage and they do rather prove her point every time.

BranstonPickleandPeanutButter · 26/03/2023 04:45

Could someone message me with the Dublin date? I'm in Ireland but would also travel to Belfast. I saw dates earlier but didn't save them. Absolutely horrified by how she's been treated and want to attend for support.

TiedUpWithABlackVelvetBand · 26/03/2023 04:48

I’m in NZ and I’m feeling incredibly disheartened by it.

The whole tide of feeling seems to be overwhelmingly against her, and against our position.

I feel so angry and confused as to how people see her as so evil.

I don’t want male-bodied people in women’s single sex spaces. And not because I’ve been assaulted and have had to deal with male violence. I haven’t. But male-bodied people in women’s single sex spaces just makes me feel uncomfortable. Why does that make me such an awful person.

I don’t understand why people couldn’t just let her - and other women - speak.

And then argue back rationally with any ideas they disagree with. Have a dialogue.

Why couldn’t that happen?

Why are they so afraid of letting her / us speak?

LemonTreeSkies · 26/03/2023 04:58

Did anyone see the men standing for their daughters’ rights, protesting against the protesters? They stopped and did the Haka and it was so powerful.

I can call them ballsy as can other posters

You may choose not to

Enough policing of language going on as it is!

Those were members of the Destiny Church under the leadership of their self declared ‘Bishop’ Brian Tamaki.

For those who aren’t familiar with the Eftpostle, he is not the Messiah but just a very naughty boy. Not content with installing ATMs within his church buildings to facilitate donations or becoming a multi-millionaire televangelist who requires church members to tithe 10% of their income to the Destiny Church, Bishop Brian is best known in NZ for leading 10,000 screaming black shirted men in a march against Parliament in 2004 to protest against official recognition of same-sex civil unions.

The man and his disciples are not emblems of good in this world. They are something else entirely.

Just for your info tithing is a biblical principle and not indicative of anything. I've been to Church of England congregations where giving 10% is encouraged.

No idea about that particular church, but sometimes the wrong people are on the right side.

Honestly lOFc the more you post the more I want to fangirl over KJK and I never fangirl over anyone.

The idiot politicians down under, especially the traitorous Greens, are not top politicians by any measure. One KJK is worth 100s of them.

No, seriously, Brian Tamaki is not a force for good in this world.

Don't be disheartened. What you are seeing is a highly manufactured consensus by the media, leftist politicians, NGOs. Actual opinions of the average NZer is not being taken into account and it is not far from the vast majority of the world, north, south east or west. Men cannot become women, children need safeguarding, women need single-sex spaces. The media is out of step with the public and the stupid politicians going with the latest trend will pay the price.

Having read a little bit about him and his church, I agree. I'm very cautious about such church groups after my own bad experiences, however it makes no difference to how I feel about the main issues here - women's safety and women's rights.

I'd disagree, go and take a look at NZ Reddit and see what the people "chatting" are saying. Most of them seem pleased she's leaving the country

Reddit is a heavily moderated place where critical opinion or popular opinion is not captured. You seem to not have kept up with the utterly authoritarian way reddit turfed out the GC subredits and employed the dodgiest of TRA moderators to do so. You may next quote Twitter as an indicator of popular opinion, LOL. What percentage of the population is on Reddit or twitter?

TomPinch · 26/03/2023 07:08

You really really don't want Destiny Church on your side, if you want to convince the silent majority of NZ. It's a heavily American-influenced religious organisation that encourages its adherents (who are mostly poor and indigenous) to give as much as they can to the church. NZ is a very very secular country with a very low level of religious observation, and people are suspicious of religion in general, especially if it gets its cues from the American right

Destiny's members tend to turn up whenever trouble is going on. They are very anti LGB. They are basically habitual contrarians. I don't recall that Destiny were part of the occupation of Parliament but I think people very close to them / part of them were. Tamaki was anti-lockdown and was charged for organising anti-lockdown demos during lockdown, as I recall.

People here either can't stand Destiny Church or the self-appointed bishop Brian Tamaki, or they're a member of the church. Most people think he's a sinister crank and that the causes he espouses are bad ones. If your aim is to persuade ordinary people, not the noisy ones, of the correctness of your view, having Destiny near you is the reverse Midas touch, and I'm afraid that reverse Midas touch will have touched Posy Parker.

VerveClique · 26/03/2023 07:09

Thank you KJK.

She finds the strength to carry on because she’s RIGHT, there’s no doubt in her mind whatsoever, and she’s courageous enough to do this for women everywhere.

As PP put it (thank you for being so succinct):

Men cannot become women
Women need single-sex spaces
Children need safeguarding

This has happened because ‘societies’ value women less than men. The ‘T’ Is such an ‘easy’ equality ‘box to tick’ (costs nothing - except women’s rights, very visible), and the TRA cause is led by men.

Oh here we go again. If the 'wrong' person agrees with you, then you are a 'wrong' person too, even if you have nothing to do with them and don't even know who they are.

Who defines who is a 'wrong' person?
Why can't msm look beyond 'wrong' people supporting you and not just look at you?
Why does msm paint such a subjective picture and sometimes, often, dowright lies and smears?
