I just remembered where I had seen 'Hans Johansen' mentioned before.
If I remember correctly, the conference was organised by Steigan under the name Mot Dag. I encourage anyone to go out and find information about Pal Steigan because it is very interesting to see the lack of consistency about what this man believes. It seems that he is a Marxist who has made errors in judgement in the past, but continues to want to encourage discussion and freedom of speech. But is also now called 'far right'. It seems incongruous but a life long Marxist is now 'far right'.
He ran a conference on gender identity which Kellie Jay attended and spoke at. Here are the other speakers:
Marit Ronstad
She is discussing ROGD. You know, that medical phenomenon that does not happen according to extreme trans activists who are putting teenagers at significant risk through the denial?
Here is her profile on Genspect:
genspect.org/team/
Marit Halvorsen
A law professor discussing the impact of gender laws in Norway. She is one of Norway's leading health law experts and has a history in women's rights studies and campaigning.
Lars Akerhaug
Talking about the laws being passed around gender identity from an investigative journalist point of view. It seems that Lars is from the left.
And some music from Hungry Hearts performing Laika & Vagina Anthem.
The information says:
Hungry Hearts is a lesbian artist collective that has participated in over 50 international film festivals, the Norwegian "Høstutstillingen" (Autumn Exhibition), CODE, European Song Contest, and The Norwegian Opera with short films, concerts and performances. Hungry Hearts' first album Dyke Forever was released in 2016. In 2018, Hungry Hearts was refused to perform Vagina Anthem at Haugar Vestland Kunstmuseum after pressure from transactivists claiming Vagina Anthem could be perceived as offensive by some transgender people. The recording of the telephone call (in Norwegian) from the museum is part of the performance.
I remember this because a male poster who was simply repeating the crap he read off wikipedia as a means to portray Kellie Jay as a far right supporter, just as posters on this thread are doing. He says he wrote to this Hans Johansen bloke and asked if Johansen was 'platformed' at the conference. He got no reply before he flounced from MN apparently. No proof was shown that Johansen had anything to do with the conference, apart from he was there and took a selfie.
How fucked up is this world when a speaker at a conference has to now demand credentials of every single person they have a 'selfie' with or even answer a question from? But here we are. (Have we had sufficient denial yet of 'alignment' with neo-nazis who want to defend children from paedophiles?)
Shall we address what each of these people who were at this conference said and discuss their wrong think and point out the false information they have given? I welcome onnabugeisha's analysis on these speakers and why the world should dismiss what they say!
You know, rather than using this conference as a blunt tool to discredit Kellie Jay Keen? Or should a speaker never attend and give their point of view at a conference unless they fully agree to every single value that the organisers have (now and in the future, published and unpublished)? Because I was always under the impression that a conference should have a range of views presented so people can listen and make up their own minds? No? Guess that is just not the right type of conference structure then.
