The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

Good question from BC. GCC were assuming the messages in support of AB were a coordinated effort, but were aso assuming the message opposing AB were uncoordinated.

I suspect they like to think that they are too important at GCC to wear things like headphones as that's what people in call centres and ghastly disc jockeys wear.

PSA again for the value of noise suppressing software that is available across hundreds of devices and platforms. Krisp. Nvidia RTX Voice and others.

Noise cancelling software is a huge aid to general clarity of communication. Zoom even has readily accessible audio settings for everyday sound levels like the noise of typing, machine fans, dogs etc.

BC: AH helpfully directed me to your email (page 2214)

That's the email where JK said that the emails in support were triggered by AB giving out JK's email address. The problem with this is that JK has no evidence for this claim.

She says she didn't and so JK is accusing her of lying.

Is BC sounding a bit rattled today? Not quite as calm as usual? Not sure what's been happening, just tuned in.

He keeps being interrupted - not only by counsel but by the witness.

He's also under huge time pressure to finish cos of murders and funerals.

BC: JK's attitude to emails of support was that JK was predisposed to be dismissive of them because JK had decided they had been solicited by AB.

I haven't been sent the link. Booo.

Did i have to request it before the start of the tribunal?
