The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

Jane Russell now

were you aware GCC didn;t renew mem
bership of DCS?

SSS - we would have had a meeting

Ereshkigalangcleg · 16/05/2022 10:50

No Manderley you were correct with the spelling, it's TT who have it wrong.

PrelateChuckles · 16/05/2022 10:50

I'm following on TT but not watching- is SS really the same guy as on those Apprentice clips earlier? Shock

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 10:50

It's Lucy Masoud

MagnoliaTaint · 16/05/2022 10:50

claimant dsecribes SW's scheme as a criminal protection racket

SSS - ridiculous, purely fiction . Everything that SW does is about positive inclusion

Yep. One and the same.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 10:51

SSS saying that if a membership organisation chooses not to renew, then that's the end of the matter, and there are no adverse consequences. But Stonewall do issue critical statements as a result, and there's the rage that comes from Pink News and fellow travellers.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 10:52

Is there a new thread yet?

MagnoliaTaint · 16/05/2022 10:52

SSS - No consequences to terminating scheme

GCC didn't adopt recommendations/sign up for WEI

JR - no comeback?

SSS - absolutely not

Now we're into the prereleases and briefed element of SSS's evidence. He's being led like a lamb and suddenly he's fluent and confident and emphatic. His insistence that all SW exists for is good and that no strong-arm tactics are ever used seems a bit hollow: we've seen the emails. I'm not sure this is going to help them much.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 10:53

Hurray for ickky!

Pluvia · 16/05/2022 10:53

'Prerelases' should have been 'prerehearsed'.

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 10:54

Of course they think it’s all happy clappy inclusion: they think anyone who doesn’t agree with that position is a disgusting bigot.

MagnoliaTaint · 16/05/2022 10:55

SSS finished.

Waiting for Shaan Knan.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 10:55

That's SSS done. Knan hasn't yet arrived. Then there'll be set-up time. He was due to arrive 11-11.30.

Talk about moving onto Mr Menon. Which AH isn't keen on.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 10:56

10 minute break waiting for Knan.

Pluvia · 16/05/2022 10:57

SSS's evidence has ended and Mr Knan had an appointment earlier this morning and may not arrive before 11.30am. Clearly not prioritising his tribunal appearance!

ickky · 16/05/2022 10:57

Breaking until 11.06 as next SW witness not there yet. ffs

Have you made a new thread ickky. I'm getting a bit angsty that we're nearing 1000 even though threads seem to be able to go higher now.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 16/05/2022 10:58

The time wasting from one party here is very blatant. Is there anything the judge can do about it if she’s minded to?

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 10:59

Do we reckon more autism or dyslexia or both? I wouldn't normally speculate on disabilities but as an autistic person I'm dismayed at how my fellow autists have been so influential in pushing this agenda.

I would imagine dyslexia as coloured paper is required for the bundle.
