I simply don't believe that ring teams are routinely saying transphobic things. Normally all they'll do is confirm your name, your dog's name, and say 'when you're ready'. They don't have time for anythign else!

I quite honestly find it astonishing that someone senior in such an organisation has stated that sex effectively doesn't exist under oath. Not only that but a barrister's chamber acted on this person's instruction to (allegedly) discriminate against an employee.

IO objecting to an Australian journalist named W (Wyatt?) receiving the bundle. Her argument seems to be primarily based on not being able to sanction in the case of a breach if they're outside of the jurisdiction.

Don't know if this was posted already but G.Linehans comment about yesterday's farce had me in stitches

How does this respect work when an adult aged 35 is telling other people what they may or may not do, or think or say, like Kirrin was doing checking out what Allison was tweeting. Then writing emails about how Allison was transphobic. To Allison's employers. I have zero respect for Kirrin and if they are a vulnerable person Stonewall should not have employed them in a role to tell other women what they may or may not think about or discuss. On the other hand I have respect and sympathy for Kirrin's mother. And we ought to be in a free society be able to discuss Kirrin given her role in Stonewall. Otherwise we would never be able to discuss anything.
