The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A
Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

I'm only following here, what was the answer to the toilet question?

Can anyone listening clarify this about a complaint from a researcher at garden court

AB: I say he makes a no of allegations about what I've said that I don't believe are founded and just regular tropes and slurs. He also talks about abuse from GC.

Was he saying he gets abuse from Garden court chambers, ir from gender criticals ?

Allison has a computer for a brain. She is awesome in the literal sense

Allison pulling AH up brilliantly over his calculation of her absences/free days.

AB: your position are you comfortable with shared lavatories
(think that 'AB' ^^ may have been a typo and it was AH asking the question)

AB: I've know a number of TW and no trouble but SW has thrown open to all, and now need to revisit that.

AH: shared lav, is that something you'd have opinion

AB: Gender Identity offers no protection to women and that's what it's designed to do. Would I challenge a TW, no unless I thought it was a man trying it on. I object SW has flung open the gates

AH: ...are you saying you would or would not object

AB: I wouldn't object...my argument there is a wider discussion to be had about guidance orgs have on this matter. I've been to court on this matter and shared bathroom with TW and was perfect cordial.

AB: if it is a man with a beard like Alex Drummond...(missed)

Women should be able to say men cannot be in spaces where women are vulnerable but on a one to one basis there's no Q if be anything other I'd be respectful.

AB: GRA specifically said it does not include cross dressing males and SW opened floodgate to those males and real debate needs to be had how women have no right to enforce our boundaries

AB finally snaps and tells AH not to patronise her. Good for her.

Following on twitter, was EJ sympathetic when suggesting AB is tired?

Thanks. I once witnessed a claimant being x examined for 3 days and you could see the impact on them as time progressed, and they were being very gently questioned.

Allison is amazing to have stood up to this for so long.

Yep. They've finished.

They had an end time of 16:45 today. At 16:30 AH told AB to in effect 'calm down dear' by asking her to take a breath. Judge stepped in and asked whether there was much more - and could the next bit of CE be completed in 15 mins. He said no so they finished a bit early.

Or even that the author of that particular e-mail remembered to press "send"
