The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A
Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

I believe RMW that they didn't say "here we go". A professional barrister wouldn't put themselves in that position.

A poster very kindly reminded us this morning how senior and hardworking and talented the "juniors" were. None of that takes away from a person's lack of professionalism though.

And 'here we go' in response to a conversation about death threats? That person should be ashamed. Won't be, but should be.

I don't think it was RMW who said it. Their voice is very deep. It wasn't them.

Did Judge just refer to RMW as Mr?

Just for the record, RW came on to the stream to deny in strong terms that RW was the source of "Oh, here we go".

That was a nice bunfight to end on.

Which is probably true. There's no need for calling someone what RMW was called in the chat at all. They are just sitting there doing their job and it's not acceptable.

everyone in the chat is saying they hear someone say "Oh hear we go" and several have commented it was RW who said it. I took a quick look at all the other participants and everyone else was on mute - only the legal teams, judges etc have their mics on. I ehard the "Oh hear we go" - quite a deep voice.

Judge now bollocking someone for saying "it was the man in a dr*" in the chat.
IO sticking up for "my Junior". "Junior has been offensively misgendered."
Junior has not apologised for the remark they alledgely made when AB was testifying.

Junior now saying they didn't say anything at all (in a very deep voice).

I feel for the judge - she is clearly getting fed up. The "hear we go" must have been one of the official people though - everyone else was muted.

I don't think it was RW. Voice was higher pitch.

I think there is no point speculating about who made the comment. I feel sorry for Allison in that it was offensive to her, but she handled it with class

Why the fuck aren't the observers automatically muted such that they cannot unmute themselves? I learned to do that for classes on zoom less than a day into remote teaching! And refuse permission for any observers to post in the chat too.

I thought it was IO. Only one person in that room stated categorically that they did not say it.

We will probably never know. The problem is it sits very well with RWs general attitude and history.

Is there anyway to pin certain people so you can see their video streams larger, and not see all of the wee blank boxes? I know people who are speaking appear larger, but I'd like to be able to see all of those involved more clearly.
