The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A
Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

They said it when she said she had had death threats.

Shows the disdain that Stonewall have for her. So unprofessional and to not apologise even more so.

And this is why the thrust of this case is (potentially) sexist and racist. The "here we go" thing in response to AB describing death threats is designed to paint her as a hysterical, angry woman. As a black woman that charge is far more damaging because black people are often dismissed as 'angry' when they are behaving in a way that, in a white person, would be unremarkable.

No integrity - whoever said that dreadful comment. Shameful.

Tumbleweed - outrage from the obesrvers. EJ pulled up & said ensure not to happen again to IO/RMW who it was believed had said this, but no apology requested, and none provided, and no-one has admitted that complete unprofessionalism!!!!!!!!!!!1

BUT imo their end game is to remove from single sex female only spaces all those females who want and need them

Listening to R4 this morning on racism, one interviewee said that racism has not diminished over the years, it has only got more sophisticated. I thought the same could be said about sexism and misogyny.

We need single sex female spaces. Our daughters need them too. In all my years of using female only loos, I’ve never been aware of sharing that space with a TW. However, many times I’ve used them as a space to evade unwanted sometimes aggressive attention from men and often found a female ally. That’s gone if the ‘single sex’ is removed in our rush to replace sex with gender and allowing any man to leverage the lack of boundaries to their advantage.

People shouldn't abuse the chatroom, but still no apology from whoever said 'here we go.'

Third spaces are clearly the solution but that can't be admitted because Real Women (which they are) would not need such a thing. They are biological females, cos they say they are.
