The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

KM is justifying the use of TERF in terms of oppressor and oppressed and EJ seems baffled by it. She might still be bamboozled by all of the girldicks that she heard.

I'm capable enough to have a professional job and several degrees. I also have a disability.

Yup, me too, and my mother is (unfortunately) in the position of being one of my main carers. Without her I'd be absolutely buggered. However as a professional, I'm very aware of the optics and lack of professionality of turning up in a professional capacity with my mum, and so I don't do it. I make other arrangements or I do without a carer. I could not expect to be treated seriously otherwise.

In my experience, people who lie routinely are able to do so by convincing themselves that their version is the truth. It helps if they are not very bright.

Apparently Terfs are a minority of radfems (but a minority that holds positions of power) who seek to eject transpeople from feminist circles. Tell that to the ordinary working class women at my women's centre who objected to sharing women's space with men.

Ben calling it out and exposing it for what it is. That witness trying to say that women are the oppressors for trying to preserve safe single sex spaces where prudent for our safety and dignity. Also it is really women who are oppressing men. Do these people really believe this stuff?

This evidence is making even more clear to me that people on the Right Side of History often don't even think that true or false are concepts that ever apply to their side.

KM is now arguing that abuse only rely exists when it's a discourse between the powerful and the oppressed.
