The intent behind establishing the truth? Gosh, I don't know, what do you think it could be..

The mental gymnastics of people determined to support trans people, no matter what they do, what laws they break, and at any cost to the human rights of others is a tell.

Other posters have amply taken care of the 'Tiny Minority' sentiment. Not least the disingenuous comparison drawn between 'Woman: Adult Human Female' and the rape and death threats made against women who happen to hold that belief.

If any of the above doesn't convince you, then when a group deems SAFEGUARDING of all words to be a 'dogwhistle', you know beyond doubt that group has nefarious intentions.

It's so gaslighty to tell women there must be more to what they're saying than what they're actually saying.

Why do people say it is only a tiny numbet of TRAs and yet members of that 'tiny number' march along with posters threatening violence towards women and no one stops them? Can you link me to the TRA threads full of people condemning them?

• The Gender Identity Clinic isn't there to give you care
• Your GP doesn't need approval from your LA or GIC to prescribe you hormones
• Any reason why your GP is reluctant to prescribe you hormones is BS
• It's okay to not tell your GP about mental or physical health conditions that may mean you have to have extra appointments to make sure that the treatment is the right thing for you. Those things relevant information about your health are none of your GP's business
• Ask your GP for "bridging" hormones while you wait to be seen by the GIC. Of course once you're on them your GP has a "duty of care" to continue them.

-Self-medicate. It's probably fine.

• If you self-medicate, your GP should have to prescribe you hormones for harm reduction.
• Go private for just £1000.

Well when the GIC waiting lists are now 5 - 6 years each, you can have some sympathy for why trans people feel they need to find other ways to survive, as the NHS system does not help that whatsoever.

The joke about ROGD, and kids getting blockers within 6 months - just doesnt happen from the NHS. The queues and psych assessments are a couple of years.

I don't know. I have some trans friends I talk to and they find the stickers amusing, as they feel they identify as same, so don't see any real issue with them!

Why don't prominent trans activists and organisations speak out about the horrible threats and abuse?

Imagine what would happen if Mermaids did this? If they came out and said we abhor these attacks on JK Rowling and we are using our prominent position to ask that they stop. They would lose a considerable amount of support, and they know this, and know it's best not to intervene.

The reason why the abuse is tolerated in the gender identity movement is because, as a pseudo-religion, it needs its folk devils. It needs them so it can tell the followers not to step away from the huddle around the campfire because out there, in the darkness, there are devils who will destroy you.

I have sympathy for anybody going through gender dysphoria.

"Find other ways to survive" is inflammatory language. The % of trans identifying people who are suicidal is often widely over inflated in reports from Mermaids, Stonewall etc.

I don't find any of this joke worthy.

It is clear that there is a massive increase in the number of children who are identifying as trans. This will inevitably lead to longer waiting lists with NHS specialists.

Why is nobody apart from the "nasty TERFs" questioning or worrying about what is causing such huge increases in the numbers of children who feel that they want to do big, drastic and not without risk things to their healthy bodies? Who feel that they want to change their entire identity? A cohort where autistic girls are massively over-represented? Why is nobody else questioning if these things are harming children?

I think those stickers should be publicised more...

There must have been some sort of international campaign for Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31st, because those stickers popped up on that day in cities all across the world.

In the end I conclude that the fact that female humans are full people with different opinions, experiences, preferences, ambitions, modes of dress, experiences etc is essentially transphobic

When a more precise definition of the word woman is requested than 'anyone who says they are one', there are many different answers.

Ones I've seen (not going to look them all up but Google will help if anyone wants the original quotes).

Women are formless

The ones who take the passive role in sex

Blank eyes and an expectant arsehole

I'm sure there are plenty more but there's a few to start with.

The point is that the word can have no explicit definition as different individuals want to define it however they see fit.

Therefore of course the fact that women in real life reject definitions like these (say no) and insist that we need words to describe the female half of the human race. And woman = adult human female is therefore a word already taken and not to be reimagined as whatever it means to the speaker. Is of course transphobic.

And I suppose this is where the idea of denying existence comes from too.

No thanks. I've seen that narcissistic self absorbed video before. I'll never get that time back. I'm certainly not doing it again. Try posting something of actual educational value next time. As the only educational value that video holds is to prove just how much of a man's rights movement trans ideology is. Hope this helps. ☺️

Wasn't a Mermaids employee found at a previous march with a sign calling for violence (in general, I think, not specifically JKR)?

It's hard to keep track what with all the death threats, incitement to violence and actual violence.
